Die Lage ist perfekt, der Dior-Hauptsitz daneben ist super einfach zum Einkaufen, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Service ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, ich kann das Frühstück wärmstens empfehlen

Every year, my wife and I travel a lot all over the world. But one of our favorite places to visit is France, especially Paris. Last year we visited Paris five or six times, and every time we stay at the famous Plaza Athenee on Avenue Montagne. At the Plaza Athenee, we had the pleasure of enjoying one of the best hotel experiences all over the world. Starting from the valets to the reception staff, the concierge staff, all the way to the managers and directors of the hotel. Everybody’s extremely nice , proffesional and helpful doing there best in assisting you with anything and everything that you need. And every time they manage to surprise you with what they can do, going beyond with there assistance. No request is too big or too small for for them. You cannot go wrong in thinking Plaza has the best service! All of the staff that you encounter or you have a contact with is amazing! Just to name a few , there is Charles from Concierge who is a wizard in getting everything done perfectly, Lancelot who took care of us while having the most memorable birthday dinner celebration and of course, Madame Louise Prevost, which every time goes beyond any expectations in doing everything possible for every guests that she meets. And the best part of the Plaza Athenee hotel is that you don’t feel that you are going to stay at a hotel, you feel like you are going to stay with family in a wonderful French Palace! A big warm and welcoming family that greet you every time with a warm heart and a big smile. So if you want to visit Paris for the first time or are a returning Paris lover, definitely you should try the Plaza Athenee experiance, if you want to enjoy the best of what Paris can offer. For us, most definetly there is no Paris without the Plaza ! Thank you for all the fantastic moments and most of all, for all the memories together!

No words can describe the level of service in this hotel! Nothing goes wrong, it like a perfect clock running in perfect harmony. The food is amazing, the rooms are great and everyone without exception is so nice, attentive, remembers your name and make sure you are very well taken care of. We were celebrating our daughter’s 5th birthday and we spent a few days in Paris. The hotel asked us during our booking what was her favorite color and what was her favorite food. Guess what in the room there were pink balloons with a happy birthday note and a small chocolate cake with her name on it! And of course as parents we were greeted with a nice bottle of champagne! On our last night we receive a small gift and guess what again it was personalized! They gave us a bar of gold chocolate with a note that is saying ‘safe trip to Switzerland’ it was Swiss chocolate! The attention to details is incredible! During our check out they prepared snacks for the kids and the general manager came to wish us a safe trip and a good bye! What a service really! Beyond recommended!
