We arrived early,reception staff allowed us early check in which is greatly appreciated.Room was spotlessly clean,quiet and comfy beds.The restaurant was amazing and there was 5-9pm happy hours. Highly recommended!!

Generally a good location, with proximity access to modern times what’s become of Paris. It’s in a relatively quiet neighborhood with easy access to metro just around the corner. About an hours walk to Eiffel Tower from here, and perhaps an extra 30mins from there to Champs Elise! Breakfast is sort of ok, but staff are absolutely fabulous.
I think I’d just hope that the room I stayed - 212 - is “overhauled”. There was a bit of not-acceptable smell from the bathroom or ceiling, not sure which, but it was a negative experience on that one.

Dieses Hotel vereint nahezu alle negativen Aspekte: Es ist alt, stark heruntergekommen und riecht in den Zimmern modrig. Das Frühstück ist spärlich und von schlechter Qualität. Am schlimmsten jedoch war das überhebliche, arrogante Personal, das jegliches Gefühl von Gastfreundschaft vermissen ließ. Ohne die großartige Stadt wäre dieser Aufenthalt kaum auszuhalten gewesen.

Das Haus hat auch über die der Corona-Pandemie hinweg seine Position im premium Segment behauptet. Besonders zu loben ist die Arbeit der Concierge. Als Gast fühlt man sich zu jeder Zeit perfekt betreut. Das Restaurant ist nach der Pandemie wieder geöffnet und hat mit einem neuen Küchenchef nahtlos an das vormals höchste Niveau angeknüpft. Hervorragende Speisenkarte, erstklassige Zubereitung und Frische garantieren sowohl zum Lunch als auch zum Dinner kulinarischen Genuss. Selbst zum Frühstück findet sich dieses Niveau wieder.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Great staff, all most helpful and accommodating with special mention of Julia and the night front desk gent who checked us in. Breakfast good, and fresh cooked eggs available upon requests. Was a pleasure staying there and would do so again.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast (free as Hilton Honors Gold member), though I don't think I would have paid the 18 Euros for it had it not been free - there's better food at your neighborhood cafe/patisserie. Main challenge was that the room was incredibly dark even with all of the lights turned on. It was also quite warm (in January) even with the heat turned off, so I ended up opening the windows to cool the room off before bed.

I travel to Paris a lot on business and find hotels in the city centre very expensive . I have been searching for a long time for a property that offers the perfect combination of easy access to the city, comfort, value for money and service . My search is now over and this will by my go to choice in Paris from now on .

I feel good here as a solo female traveller. The staff is always kind. They got me a cab since i was too jetlagged to se straight. The breakfast was varied and on point. I never like "first floor" so they could move my room. I was here the week they opened and I keep coming back.

This really was an excellent hotel and being a 'Curio' a little different and more interesting than the normal Hliton brand. All staff were very very curteous and facilities good. Breakfast was relaxed and a great start to the day. More comlimentary tea and coffee in the rooms would be my only suggestion, one packet of black or green tea between us to last all day seems a little low - but there was a coffee machine though, and the bar were happy to keep topping up our water when we asked. Other than that - classy and first rate.

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I wish I had seen a review like this prior to booking at Niepce Paris; it has an extreme plumbing issue. I stayed in room 308, and the room is absolutely foul-smelling; it smells like mold and sewage, especially the bathrooms. The odor slaps you in the face as soon as you open the hotel door and is especially foul in the downstairs area. It does not go away even with the windows open. The first night I turned down the bed sheets to find blood under the pillows. When I went to the front desk, agent Diago said no housekeeping was available and there was nothing he could do aside from a sheet to put over the blood! I will include the photos of the blood. I spent most of the night standing outside the hotel because the odor was that unbearable. This was a reservation for 4 of us. I can’t recall the name of the rep who spoke to us at the desk the following day, but she said they had no other rooms to move us to, and essentially they did nothing to rectify this. This was my sister's birthday trip. We were paying a premium and expected at the very least an odor-free sanitary space. They offered us 10% off for the stay, which was insulting based on how bad the condition of the room is. I am severely allergic to mold and had to take Benadryl, then had no where to rest because I was uncomfortable after seeing blood in the bed. When we were checking out, we told Diago we reached out to Hilton Guest Assistance and we wanted to be refunded for the stay as we did not accept the discount. He again said he knows how to do nothing, and his direct quote was “We aren’t the first people to have this issue and to email or call the manager to be refunded.”. The incompetence is astounding because the manager is never available. I wanted to get everything sorted before leaving the hotel, and I feel like Diago lied to us about who the manager is and gave misleading contact info so that they could not refund us. He refused to give Julie’s name as the manager (who refused to refund us) and said to email the generic email and ask for Xavier. The hotel is now refusing to refund, and Diago, when I called, said to leave a negative review because they could careless. The customer experience is not a priority at all. If you want to be treated well, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. They will steal your money, and it is not a clean environment.

I felt like I was in my own home staying at the Niepce Paris Hotel. Kind staff. Modern facility in an older renovated building. Beautiful neighborhood close to a metro station making it a short commute to the center of Paris. I would stay at Hotel Niepce Paris again! I loved every space in this beautiful hotel, simply charming. 🤩

We stayed in Unit 209. We arrived early due to our flight and, fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk kindly checked us in ahead of time. As Diamond members with Hilton, thanks to our company's frequent use of the brand, we expected a seamless experience. The first day was great, but things quickly took a turn. Unfortunately, our room's bathroom was clogged from day one. We reported the issue twice, but it was never resolved. The room itself was basic…nothing remarkable. I’m a visual creator and typically take a lot of pictures, but this room didn’t inspire me to snap any photos. I’m familiar with the area since I have a business nearby, so I knew it was a bit far from the main attractions, though it is close to the Catacombs. Breakfast was the same every day, which got repetitive. On a positive note, the happy hour was a nice touch….buy one, get one free cocktails for €16, which is a good deal for a hotel. However, the lack of customer service was disappointing. As a Diamond member, I expected better. If you're assigned Room 209, I strongly recommend asking to be moved…it will flood, and it's a headache you don't want to deal with.

Clean and friendly staff.. Very helpful with local information.. Breakfast was a big selection... The pork item were kept separate which was good because many people avoid eating pork.. Rooms were.clean and well maintenaned. The bar has a big choice of drinks too Thank you Paris for your hospitality
