Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.

I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

In Paris bekommt man oft, was man zahlen kann, so dass wenn man ein Budget Hotel bucht, die Erwartungen sinken!! Das sagte, dieses Hotel war eine ziemlich angenehme Überraschung. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, war es sehr sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und einer grundlegenden Dusche, die tatsächlich viel heißes Wasser geliefert. Die Jungs an der Rezeption waren angenehmen. Sie lassen mich meinen Sack weglassen, bevor ich inchecken und lassen mich nach dem Auschecken etwas hinterlassen. Sicherlich gibt es Lärm von der Straße, aber als Stadtjunge war ich nicht beunruhigt und es war nicht übertrieben. Weil die Boden nicht gefaltet sind (sie haben neue schauende Lino-Typ Boden) der Lärm von jemand oben, der nicht ihre Schuhe aus genommen hat, war viel mehr unterhalten!! Die Treppen könnten mit einem guten Schrub zu sein, um ästhetisch angenehm, aber da ich nicht auf ihnen schlief, kümmerte ich mich nicht um sie. Super nahe der Metro in La Chappell und ein einfaches Spaziergang nach Gare de ich hatte nicht Frühstück, so dass ich nicht kommentieren kann. Alles in allem, viel besser als ich erwartet und ich würde wieder bleiben

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

Sehr gutes, günstiges Hotel, Verkehr bequem, Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, die Einstellung des Kellners ist auch sehr freundlich, es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe, wie wir den ganzen Tag draußen bleiben und wenn die Einrichtungen nicht hoch sind, können Sie leben (mit sehr einfachen Pools und kleinen Tischplatten) ～ps ist ein günstiges und leckeres vietnamesisches Familienrestaurant in der Nähe.

If you need to be in Ivry Sur Seine -- and I did -- this is a reasonably priced good option. But if you don't need to be in Ivry Sur Seine, you might want to think twice, because the neighbourhood is soulless and the transport links are poor, making it unsuitable for someone wanting to spend a lot of time in central Paris, for example. My room was minimal -- a bed, desk, place to hang clothes, and a bathroom with no amenities except toilet paper and body wash. But it was very clean and very quiet. The air con worked well, as did the free wifi, and so the room was fine for me. The daily breakfast was standard continental serve-yourself buffet, but without fruit on one day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu und größtenteils gut gepflegt. Der Service ist sehr gut, die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und haben eine gute Einstellung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber exquisiter. Jede Soße ist in einer separaten Glasflasche verpackt. Das Privilege-Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer kleinen Suite-Aufteilung und zwei Fernsehern. Wenn Sie sich für eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Porta Maillot bis zum Arc de Triomphe entscheiden, ist dies die erste Wahl aus Kostengründen. Die Zimmer und Dienstleistungen sind viel besser als das Hyatt, das 3 Minuten entfernt ist.
