Toppen ställe!
Personalen var trevlig, proffsig och välkomnande. Inget problem att stanna vid poolen efter check-out, vilket var skönt för vi skulle med en buss till São Paulo sent på kvällen. Rummet var fräscht och frukosten fantastisk. Hit vill vi komma tillbaka!

A not restful experience
The hotel itself it was good, better than expected. The breakfast is also good and they made me check in earlier than expected. End of the good things.
Bad points: I booked a superior room, the duvet cover were stained of brownish stains, the pillow case was also stained, the bed lining was teared and broken on multiple points. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life.
The WiFi is terrible, pretty useless.
The walls are made of paper like material, and I was so unlucky to have as a room neighbors some guys that were making noise until late night. I tried to search some help from the night receptionist but it was pretty useless.
The windows are open and you cannot close them, so if you don’t want to have the room full of mosquitoes you should keep the shutters closed and stay without natural light. The noise from the street is also pretty annoying.

This was our highlight during our long trip to Brazil. This is he most beautiful place we stayed in Brazil, the way is has been decorated, every details has been thought of from the reception to the common areas to the room. Just beautiful.
The gardens deserved a separate mention, I have never seen a place with such beautiful gardens, so well maintained. The pool area is great too.
The staff is ok, at reception they are helpful and friendly at the pool.
If they need to improve something, it is the breakfast experience. The breakfast area seems to be quite new so I guess it need more time to feel cosy; however, the staff at the breakfast are not friendly and the food is not amazing.

Great location
The rooms are basic but clean and everything works fine. The common areas are nice. On colder days it was nice that the pool was heated but during warmer days it eawas a little too hot. The location is good and so is the breakfast.
The hotel arranged transfer for us. We ended up paying 100 brl more than agreed because of af 100 brl charge for using credit card. It would have been nice to know in advance.

We had a great stay at Pousada Aconchego! We enjoyed the heated pool and the games room in the evening. The location is ideal for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Paraty. There are also great restaurants and bars near the hotel!

The property had a beautiful outlook and was nicely decorated with many plants and nice touches such as hammocks and rattan couches to relax in. The pool area was also nice and as you see in the pictures. The room was spacious but basic. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It was conveniently located to the center of town and to the port where you take boat cruises to the islands.
