Bin am 20. März 2024 aus Taiwan angekommen und habe um 15 Uhr eingecheckt. Der Check-in-Prozess ging schnell, ich musste nur meinen Ausweis vorzeigen, das Hotelpersonal half mir mit meinem Gepäck und brachte es auf mein Zimmer. Das Sicherheitspersonal im Hotel ist auch nett. Der Zimmerservice reichte mir sofort das Handtuch, das ich angefordert hatte. Alles in allem ist das Red Planet Aseana der perfekte Ort, vor allem in Gehweite zu S&R 😁❤️🥳🫰

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, 15 min fahrt vom Flughafen aus, also wenn man man nächsten Tag weiterfliegt ist das Hotel perfekt ansonsten würde ich es nicht empfehlen, da die Lage nicht so gut ist, es ist angrenzend zu einer neighborhood die nicht gut ist und man als Tourist nicht alleine rumlaufen sollte. Der checkin hat auch super lange gedauert obwohl wir um 20 Uhr im Hotel abgekommen sind und wir noch 20 min auf das Zimmer warten mussten. Genauso wie der checkout hat lange gedauert. Das Personal ist auch nicht freundlich!!!

Check-in/Check-out: 4/5 The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing! Amenities: 4/5 The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with great views of the city skyline, perfect for evening cocktails. The pool area was also nice, though a bit smaller than I expected. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated that it was open 24 hours. I did not dine at the hotel’s restaurant, but the breakfast buffet looked delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Staff: 5/5 What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Every team member, from housekeeping to the concierge, was attentive and courteous. They made me feel truly welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. Value for Money: 4/5 While the hotel is on the pricier side, I felt it was worth it for the location and quality of service. The amenities and comfort level made it a great choice for a short stay. Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grandview Hotel. It provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’ll certainly be returning for future trips!

Location is very near to SMX convention center just a 10 mins. walk. Staffs are all friendly and very accommodating. Wifi is strong. The room is spacious for couple. Very clean. Just one suggestion though, should have installed shower curtains so water will not come out from the tub to avoid slipping. But overall I love our stay and will definitely book again if we have an event in the area

We stayed here for 1 night for the first time. Staff were courteous. Check-in and check-out procedures were prompt. The room is super clean and spacious (for its rate). The concierge issues 2 key cards which is also commendable. It is situated in PARQAL vicinity, which is a plus. My husband and I love to stroll late nights and early mornings, and we were so glad that there were cafes near the area. Highly recommended!

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist für Kurzzeitreisende sehr kostengünstig. Es gibt jedoch keine Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung, aber mit dem Auto ist es ganz in der Nähe des Kaufhauses Ayala.

🥰 Alles, vom Eingang über die Lobby bis hin zu meinem Zimmer, war absolut entzückend. Das Personal war immer freundlich, lächelte und grüßte mich, wann immer wir uns trafen. 🏊♀️ Der Swimmingpool war atemberaubend und perfekt für Familien, mit einem separaten Kinderbecken. Es gibt einen Whirlpool und ein Dampfbad, ein Fitnessstudio und andere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. 🍱 Ich liebte das Restaurant, das eine große Auswahl an Gerichten anbot. Das Restaurantpersonal war auch unglaublich zuvorkommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Insgesamt hatte ich einen fantastischen Aufenthalt!

Der Ort ist schön und sauber, auch der Loungebereich für Essen ist gut. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich. Die Aussicht am Pool ist wunderschön. An der Theke sind nette Leute. Besonders als Naturliebhaber hatte ich einen wundervollen Moment vor ihrem Gebäude, um den Sonnenuntergang direkt auf der Brücke zu beobachten. Und ich hatte ein bisschen Zeit, um ein Foto vor ihrem Hotel zu machen. Alles andere ist gut. Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und sie haben einen guten Taxikontakt, damit Sie sicherer zum Flughafen kommen. Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.
