"We have just returned home from a three week stay at the Pacific Palms resort, and are very happy with our experience. The proprietors, Andy and Nikki, were wonderful to deal with. From the time we started the booking process through to our departure, they were friendly, helpful and patient. The resort is well located, within very easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. Although we did not make use of it, the bus service to Tauranga and other parts of Papamoa was also close by. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed using the picnic area near the heated pool. Our apartment was spacious and contained everything we needed to live comfortably in our “home away from home”. The living room furniture was a little dated and could have been more comfortable, but we spent more time sitting in our unit than would be normal for someone visiting such a beautiful part of the world (for personal reasons). We would recommend the Pacific Palms resort, and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves."

"Unit 7 needs a good clean, it’s not clean…management aren’t keeping on top of their job..shame because it’s well designed.. bathroom is new but shower needs a good clean around the base & shower wall…weird interior curtains & wall hangings needs to be dumped especially carpets..fridge although clean the icebox was a solid block of ice that had to be chipped away to fit in an iceslicker Linen was clean, rubbish bin clean"
