Good experience with good staff and great hospitality, overall a good experience to stay good food also available

It was good experience. Nice hotel and room was also good. But hand wash dispenser was not working. And once the light is gone, we have to wait for 3-4 minutes in the dark until the dg set gets on.

Good hotel room is ok ok but service little bit. Slow otherwise good staff and hotel the hotel is in a great location less than a 2 minute walk from where the panipat railway station and bus stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and modern. There was a great selection and quality of food at breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. season's Greetings ! Merry XMas and Happy New Year. This was my 4th or 5th stay..... I can't remember. Lovely room with all facilities. I did pre-pay £150 , before check in. The check out bill was approx £180. The best hotel in Panipat. I have reviewed this hotel quite a few times. You all can read , when you have spare time. I wish to thank everyone working here. Thanks to Mr Ramneet jee, Mr Naresh jee, Mr Shubham jee , Mr Sukreempaal jee, Mr Mohan jee and Mr Sandip jee. It's very good and best hotel in panipat. It's near to bus stand and railway station and hospital. So many feselities in near hotel. Food is alltimate. And service is good and take responsibility each every one. Once again i tell smart inn hotel is best
