Dieser kleine Bungalow war so süß! Das Beste war, dass er direkt am Strand lag. Abends gab es ein sehr leckeres BBQ am Strand. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das einzige Problem war, dass die Betten nur ein Laken und keine Steppdecke hatten und die Dusche etwas alt war. Aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Начну сразу с неприятного, когда мы приехали и предоставили оплаченное заранее подтвержденное бронирование , нам сказали , извините но свободных номеров нет ! Начали предлагать нам заселиться в другой отель , который находится не понятно где . Объясняли, типо произошло недоразумение , стали приносить свои извинения. Все бы ничего , но я сразу вспомнила отзывы которые читала , там мужчина описывал такую же ситуацию , один в один как у нас , я его отзыв при бронирование не особо восприняла , а зря! После долгого время споров ( я пыталась связаться с представителями Trip. com , но они на звонок не отвечали , постоянно система и чат переводили меня на ресепшен отеля ), мы все таки добились заселения ! Куча слез и испорченное настроение ! Номер конечно нам дали , похоже самый худший, совсем не соответствующий картинке на брони, под нашими окнами мыли в тазиках посуду и воду выливали прямо на дорожку , где нужно было ходить . Было очень не приятно .Мы переночевали ночь и уехали, рано утром . И все это было , в День рождения супруга ! ( праздника у нас не получилось )

First of all! It's not bungalows at all! Rooms on terrace and rooms as a hotel...So... We stayed at Isis Bungalows for a few nights, spending the first two nights in Room No. 1 and then moving to Room No. 6. While the location and food were excellent, we had several issues with the rooms. Positives: The hotel restaurant is fantastic—many people come here just for the fresh grilled dishes, and we really enjoyed the food. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean at night. A 7/11 is right next door, which was super convenient. The place is clean, which we appreciated. Negatives: Room No. 1: The terrace faces the main road, so it was noisy. Sometimes drunken people are noisy on the beach, sometimes dogs, sometimes loud music. Room No. 6: The bathroom sliding door was extremely hard to open, which was frustrating. The toilet in Room No. 6 didn't flush properly, which was a major issue. Every shower had a bucket, but we had no idea what it was for. The room was listed as a family room, but we couldn’t figure out what made it family-friendly, we was as couple but anyway... At night, the next door played loud music hard rock style, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the food and beach were the highlights, but the room maintenance issues and noise levels affected our comfort. With a few improvements, this place could be much better!

good staff, amazing ambiance hotel smells good we would love to come back again with my friends or even my family for a vacation thank you! the thing i love the most is that the staffs ar very friendly and accommodating and the service is very fast! we will surely come back again!

The room downstairs is nice , clean and spacious with plenty of storage and a place to hang . Bed is comfy. Bathroom is clean with hot water is a plus. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is just a few steps from our door which is very convenient. A few steps more is the beach which is in front of the hotel. Staff is great.

Started with confusion about airport transfer. No one at airport to pick us up. No one mentioned that the transport can only drop you off some 200m away. You need to walk (with your bags) along a sandy track to the place. The place is a house of horrors! Dark, dingy, filthy and depressing. The photos on the web are at least 15 years old and heavily photoshopped. We had booked 2 double rooms for 4 people One of our group dropped off at the last minute, so the receptionist tried to crowd the 3 of us into 1 room (with an extra bed). The so called deluxe double was directly in front of the restaurant/bar and next to the kitchen. For privacy there was a curtain behind glass doors. Needless to say we left after 5 minutes and checked in elsewhere. This place is a complete scam!!! Fellow Traveller

I made a booking through agoda just few days ago in this hotel, I got confirmation from agoda and yet accdg to the lady I corresponded with through messenger (their number in their website can't be reach) that they haven't receive any notification from agoda about my booking for Apr. 18 to 22, 2022, which is odd. I've been messaging them about my transportation problem on the 19th cause I'll arrive late in Cebu airport at almost 6pm then I have to take a taxi to peir 1 to catch a ferry or boat to take me to Tagbilaran or Panglao, it was soooo disappointing bcoz the reply I got was "3000p". Not even thanking me for my booking or any greetings atleast, I felt they are very unhelpful & arrogant, I'm very disappointed. So I why should I spend a single peso in this UNHELPFUL & ARROGANT hotel? Of course, I opted to cancel my booking with them & stay somewhere else. If you don't want my money, then don't.😏 P.S. I curse at the end cause I have to repeat my self several times & they said that I have to make a deposit which is not mention in agoda's conditions.
