Nivanta Hotel Panchgani

Hotel is nice in terms of location and room size is big enough with large balcony. Rest of the things are just average. Play area is too old, breakfast is very limited without eggs, staff and service is very slow and irresponsible.

The rooms were superb the view was fantastic by the rooms overall had a good experience except for some service issues but that wasn’t a big deal for us

Absolute horrific mismanagement. Their lift is not working and they blame it upon customers. They do not have hot water after 12 noon. No proper wi-fi in rooms (very unstable connection. Had to arrange dinner from outside at 10 pm because they were unable to provide.

Amazing valley view! huge balcony and spacious room. Staff was very friendly and proactive. If you are looking for a place in panchgani, this is the one!

Lift was not functional, bedsheets were dirty. One good thing was the mountain view, there are several other options which you can explore

I wanted to call out that this hotel isn’t providing services worth 7-8k … no hot water present for 24 hours, lift is not working … the bedsheets were all stained and the bathroom had wrappers from earlier guest … hygiene was not maintained properly… however the rooms had great view which helped.

Hotel location is very close to panchgani and far from mahabaleshwar market. Best thing about the hotel is very spacious rooms with balcony to enjoy valley. Staff is very polite and good, they satisfactorily resolved our every issue. However, we were the only occupants in the hotel during our stay, which made it a bit awkward. I would recommend this hotel to couples or small groups who are looking for a quiet and secluded getaway.

The room we booked had great view, clean room and staff service was also very good and approachable. However bit pricey and costly in comparison with other hotels for example 5k per night but amenities of room felt like its 2-3k room. Bathing water was not that hot and wifi speed was slow which felt like 5k cost is bit high. I had good tome though, hotel food was good and came pretty good packing as room service. Hotel didn't had too much guests but might make a good rush if the price is bit lowered.

Overall hotel is good with good location. However the bed is too bad. That needs an urgent change. The food quality is also good. View is good
