Unfortunately, my stay at month serene hotel was far from satisfactory due to several concerning issues. Despite paying a significant amount for the room, i encountered untrained staff who struggled to address various concerns effectively. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about an extra 500 rupees charge for a/c after the initial payment of 3000 rupees, though no actual charge was incurred, it caused unnecessary frustration. Additionally, the promised wi-fi service was consistently non-functional during my stay, depriving me of an essential amenity. Moreover, the tata sky service was also malfunctioning, requiring a two-hour wait for repair, which significantly impacted my overall experience. This delay contributed to a less-than-ideal impression of the hotel. To add to the disappointments, when i ordered tea in the morning, i was informed abruptly that the kitchen would be closing at 10:30 am, which was an unexpected and inconvenient announcement. Collectively, these issues contributed to a regrettable and unsatisfactory stay. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a more seamless and pleasant experience for future guests"
