La Piazza Luxury Hotel & Spa

This hotel has become my home away from home in Italy, and I come here every year. It literally adds happiness to my heart and body - what more can I say? Lydia the owner is like my Italian mama now, and the past few years I've really enjoyed getting to know her son Eduardo too. The setting is spectacular, the pool is lovely, and the staff is just great. This year I had a few small issues with my room, but I know they will take care of those. Breakfast is so fun, and the view from the terrace looking over the sea is from my dreams. This is a special place in the world - enjoy!

The hotel in beautiful position and rooms very comfortable but many, many stray cats . For people who enjoy animals in normal setting ,cats everywhere including Dining area is not a great idea . Breakfast looking out to the Aeolian sea is beautiful but not with the cats rubbing against our legs .This made it a very uncomfortable experience. Staff were attentive and tried very hard to make our stay pleasant . There was a lovely girl at the front desk who was very helpful . Pool area was really nice . We were picked up from ferry and taken to hotel as it’s quite a step walk . Golf buggy’s are the transport of Panarea . Walking the streets is easy and a walk to the beach gives a good look along the coastline . Half day boat trip around neighbouring islands was interesting . Panarea a pleasant experience which would have been more enjoyable Without the stray cats

The hotel is more beautiful than pictures can convey. The experience was amazing. The staff was nice. The drinks were pricey but most of Panarea is expensive. We got the feeling Italians got more preferential service than Americans at the hotel, but that is to be expected. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Gorgeous place, would definitely come back.

I loved the actual hotel and the rooms and overall property is fantastic! The only complaint I had was the service at the bar/restaurant aren't the best. They only had 1 person who could speak English and the staff seemed generally a little unfriendly. We made jokes "this is the time of the night where we get yelled at by the staff". They always seemed like we were bothering them to ask a drink etc. I think if you are Italian you get better service. That said, overall the stay was a joy!

Abbiamo usufruito due stanze comunicanti con il bagno in comune ed un comodo terrazzo. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo cuscini di diverso spessore, tv e poltroncine. Aria condizionata autonoma e 2 pale per l’aria. Il bagno, Bagno comodo provvisto di doccia e ottimi prodotti per l’igiene personale oltre ad essere arredato con le tipiche maioliche eoliane ma con luce insufficiente. Disponeva di diversi asciugamani e 2 accappatoi (ma noi eravamo in 4) che venivano cambiati ogni giorno. La colazione superlativa veniva servita su una bella terrazza sopra la piscina dove si godeva di una vista spettacolare e panoramica. Causa restrizioni anti covid il personale ti serviva con cortesia e velocità la scelta di quello che desideravi, con immediata e gradita acqua fresca frizzante in bottiglia, oltre alle bevande calde ordinate al bar, oppure una frittata espressa o salumi e formaggi di qualità. Disponibili torte, brioches, krapfen, frutta fresca di ottima qualità, yogurt, succhi freschi, prodotti per celiaci confezionati, oltre a tante merendine varie. Simpaticissimo Jerry che serviva velocemente sempre con il sorriso ma tutto il personale dell’hotel è sempre stato cortese. Servizio navetta gratuito dal porto che provvedeva anche a farti trovare le valige in camera. Solo qualche osservazione per migliorare : maggior controllo alla piscina e sui teli mare lasciati a tenere il posto tutto il giorno e riparazione ombrelloni. Mettere lo stendino in stanza tanto poi la gente usa le ringhiere . Migliorare i frigoriferi in stanza

In sintesi: 🔸Piscina con vista mozzafiato! 🔸Personale gentile 🔸Camera pulita ma... da rivedere (tenuto conto dei prezzi, ci si aspetta di più) 🔸Colazione qualitativamente sc****tta e poco curata tenuto conto che la bresaola sotto il sole anche no!!! 🔸Spazi esterni...necessitano di cura e maggiore attenzione. Insomma...il posto è molto bello ma è necessario rivedere un po di cose che potrebbero rendere questo posto veramente magnifico e unico.

Che dire ………………..… Hotel consigliatissimo da ogni punto di vista: personale eccellente e professionale,servizio ottimo,Spa meravigliosa ,location stupenda a picco sul mare “da sogno “ Tutto ciò ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile!

Anche quest’anno vacanza a Panarea con appuntamento al La Piazza.Non c’è storia:il Top dell’isola (ma forse anche dell’arcipelago).Accoglienza,classe,charme,disponibilità uniche,spettacolare camera sospesa tra mare e natura, spettacolare geometria di colori e profumi, che fa dormire in un oasi di tranquillità e immensità naturale.Buona cucina e colazione spettacolare.La sig.ra Lidia (proprietaria) ha il suo “perché”,perché senza lei non sarebbe La Piazza, ma non sarebbe Panarea.Ragazzi di sala in gamba, ma un ringraziamento va a Giovanni il Maestro di Sala che dirige la sinfonia generale della prima colazione mattutina dell’Hotel, un tripudio di colori e profumi dati dai frutti di ogni genere unitamente ai formaggi tipici, e si dolci di ogni tipo…non manca nulla. Hotel non da tornarci ma da RESTARCI PER SEMPRE.

L’hôtel est mignon Je précise que nous y sommes allés en août 2022 Piscine petite par rapport aux photos Pas de plage On descend dans l’eau par un escalier tortueux puis de gros rochers Sièges très serrés autour de la piscine et toujours pris d’assaut Nous devions aller à pied sur une plage de sable et payer à la journée transats et parasol Chambre avec jolie vue sur la mer mais très minimaliste pour un quatre étoiles Petit déjeuner correct mais rien . D’exceptionnel Peut être faut il y retourner en juin ou en septembre Quoi qu’il en soit nous n’avons pas étés convaincus
