Das Zimmer und Bad sehr gut, Service sehr freundlich. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Frühstück eher nicht Hilton würdig

Hallway had a wet odor , AC units were leaking had to
Change room , rooms were pretty basic but decent for the price , breakfast wasn’t very diverse . Staff was very helpful and kind . Location is great in terms of proximity to everything from food to shopping to restaurants vetting was near . WiFi went don’t overnight the night into the day I was checking out .

I did not like how the staff treated their guests. In particular, the employees first name is Oscar. I paid to have an extra guest stay the night, which cost $82. I showed him my receipt at the time that my guest arrived and he denied it. He had me pay an additional $27 to have my guest visit. And, he was very rude to my guest by yelling slurs of “you are bad for business”. My guest did not reply back, as I told her I will pay the money again and I will deal with the issue the next morning. The next day there was not a manager present but I did tell the current employee of the situation. I hope this helps other guest who plan to stay there, as I will never go back.

Hotel was not we were expecting from Hampton at Hilton.Musty odor ,bathroom unclean.Breakfast was also only kind of one whitebread fruits almost nonexistent, no breakfast teas . Very poor.

Walked in filthy hotel. Asked for reimbursement or cancellation less than hour after booking and would not accommodate.

I was not impressed by the breakfast options but everything else was excellent. We had so much fun and though we didn't know much Spanish, the staff were friendly and they attended to us whenever we needed something. The hotel felt like a home away from home because of the ambiance.
I loved the environment also, it had a lot of restaurants around the hotel which was extremely convenient.

Ac wasn't working, we had to changed rooms. I booked a queen size beds got double. Breakfast was boring... front desk was friendly and helpful.
