Der Hotel-Rezeption-Service ist enthusiastisch. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Downtown, aber das Zimmer hat eine gute Sound-Effizienz, seltene Stille, reichhaltiges Essen schmeckt, verschiedene tropische Früchte, verschiedene Speisen, genügt allen Geschmacksarten,

Zum Frühstück hatte ich meine liebste lateinamerikanische Polenta, und abends gab es (gegen Gebühr) Snacks. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauerte eine Weile, aber es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen . Es gab einen Außenpool im ersten Stock, was großartig war.

I was disappointed in this property. Pros - staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, room was clean Cons - room had a musty smell, sheets were not good quality (thread worn) stains on hallway carpets. Pool is much smaller than appears in pictures. We couldn’t fit in it, as there was so many people standing in it. Not many restaurants walking distance. Overall I would not stay here again. We stayed at Hampton when we arrived and was very comparable to this hotel BUT has a larger pool and cheaper. I expected more from a Holiday Inn.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Coral Suites for 12 days from Feb 28 - March 12 on my first trip to Panama. The rooms are huge, the shower is powerful, the cleaning staff is always busy, and the front desk staff are amazing. They were always willing to help, whether to call me an uber or taxi, provide directions, suggest things of interest, recommend restaurants, or print off my boarding pass. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I appreciate their kind help. There is also a roof top pool, laundry facilities, a great restaurant next door, and banks and grocery stores within a few blocks. Perhaps most importantly of all ... the a/c was powerful and worked beautifully, particular important for me as I left Toronto with the temperature -9 and arrived in Panama when it was +32! I would like to thank everyone associated with the Hotel Coral Suites for making my first trip to your beautiful country so pleasant.

The hotel is right next to the Mall, which is extremely convenient. There is a food court, a movie theater, several high end restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, cellphone shops, etc. As always, I had a great time staying at this Courtyard. I was there for 3 weeks and our rooms were comfortable and always cleaned, the food and drinks are really delicious. All the staff that I came across were friendly and professional. Special thanks to our Houskeeper Migdalia that knew all my family by name and created a personal connection with us. To Humberto that everytime I saw him (all over the hotel) had a smile and nice words to start the day. From the Front Desk thanks to Alberto, Yaunny and Jairo that helped us always with a positive attitude. Finally, thanks so much to Mirleidis that even help my father surprised me in a very special way. She knew everyone of my family members and was always ready to help in any way, she went the extra mile few time and I highly appreciate it. Thanks everyone, see you all soon.

Located in a shopping mall attached to a medical clinic, this property is your standard Marriott Long term stay set up, as well it is also conveniently located beside a grocery store. We were apparently upgraded to a an ‘Ocean View’ room although no mention was made by reception at check-in which is located on the 4th floor. The room was large and in newish condition with a simple assortment of appliances and utensils suitable for basic culinary endeavors. The BBQ on the pool deck was a disgusting, sickening mess that has obviously not seen a clean in months or even ever! During our time there the hotel was mostly occupied with families who took over the pool and the four lone sun loungers of which an additional twenty would be more suitable for the number of guests! Kids ran in and out of the gym with no apparent parental oversight. The hallways were noisy day and night with kid traffic and evening room parties which thankfully settled down by 11:00 PM most nights. Our stay was short; however, we think this property is an expensive option for what one gets unless collecting Marriott loyalty points is the only goal!

Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel in Panama 🇵🇦. Uns wurde erstmal ein sehr altes Zimmer gegeben. Haben es aber dann gleich bemängelt und ein neues bekommen. Die Betten waren bequem. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider ist es sehr laut in dem Hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights, loved everything about the room and the stay ! I stayed in tower 2 and after reading some reviews , I wasn't 100% sure, but after experiencing it for myself , I recommend this property to anyone . it was close to Multiplaza & Albrook Mall, short walk to the metro, close to convenience stores, restaurants and more shopping. Can't wait to be back and stay here again. the only difficulty is the language barrier at times , but that was expected.

Was für eine Katastrophe! Echt eine Schande für eine Marke und ein Bild wie Intercontinental. Eine ”Ich kümmere mich nicht” Einstellung überall, schlechter Service, schlechte Zimmer ... Es ist schwer, etwas Gutes über dieses Hotel zu finden, außer der Lage und der Ansicht. 1) Vergessen Sie jeden angemessen checkin : Das Personal schaut nicht einmal auf Sie an (auch wenn Sie auf dem speziellen Rechner für die Gäste auf IHG-Ebene warten ; ich wurde gesagt ”Kommen Sie hier” ... Nett willkommen. 2) das Zimmer war am Ende des Tages nicht bereit 3) der Poolbereich ist nur schmutzig (Papier, Staub um) - siehe Bild 4) das Zimmer ist nicht frisch; Klimaanlage leckt auf der Wand und dem Boden, 1 cm Raum zwischen der Tür und der Wand ... Vermeiden Sie ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs, weil Sie die ganze Nacht hören werden die Ding Dong ... 5) nicht stören einige Mitarbeiter am Frühstück; sie sind nicht da, um den Tisch zu reinigen oder Kaffee zu servieren (wenn Sie ihn schließlich anrufen, Er vermißt nur zu kommen) War es nur uns? Werden wir zu viel für ein solches Hotel? Noch nie wieder ...
