Meine Check-in war nicht in einer guten Erfahrung,Es gab einige Probleme mit der Zimmerkategorie, Ich verstehe volles Hotel war voll Haus, aber es dozen bedeutet die anderen Gäste zu leiden, ***y der Mitarbeiter, die sie brauchen Training dann sehen sehr traurig, Ich muss ihnen Guten Morgen oder Abend wünschen, dann könnten sie antworten, Ich würde sagen, F&B-Personal ging, Ich würde Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta für ihre zusätzliche Pflege empfehlen, sie haben eine sehr gute Arbeit gemacht,Die Lebensmittelsorten sind besonders erstaunlich das Frühstück, Der Gesundheitsklub einige Maschinen sind zu alt,Der Taxifahrer Name Mahmood ist sehr gut er war außergewöhnlich durch seine Gastfreundschaft.Zimmer Kleidung hängen berüstet.

Mein Aufenthalt im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon in Goa war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch ein sehr geräumiges Bad, das den allgemeinen Komfort und Luxus meines Aufenthalts verbessert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war topnotch, und der Schwimmbad ist aufgrund seiner einladenden Atmosphäre und seines preisgebenden Zustands besonders hervorgehoben. Die Küchenerfahrung im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon war ebenso beeindruckend. Die breite Palette von Frühstücksoptionen, die jeden Morgen zur Verfügung stand, war eine angenehme Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beginnen, zu essen mit einer Vielzahl von Geschmacks- und Präferenzen. Die Qualität der im Restaurant servierten Lebensmittel war ausgezeichnet, wobei jedes Gericht die hohen Küchenstandards des Hotels widerspiegelt. Einer der ruhigsten und angenehmesten Aspekte meines Aufenthalts war der ruhige private Strand, der den Hotelgästen zugänglich ist. Es bietet einen friedlichen Rückzug aus der Härte und Büste des Alltagslebens, die Momente der Ruhe und Entspannung unter der natürlichen Schönheit von Goa ermöglicht. - Ja.

Perfekte Lage. Nahe der Stadt Panjim, Restaurants und ******s. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Großes Frühstücksbuffet und schöner Pool und Fitnessraum. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, aber es muss erwähnt werden, dass der große Service von Frontbüro-Mitarbeitern, die den Nachtwechsel arbeiten. Deevanshu könnte sein Name sein. Dank für das hohe Service- und Unterstützungsniveau, das er angeboten hat.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

The crown is one of the worst hotels I booked. When you enter the property, it smells of sewage water. Then the lifts are so dingy and have a musty smell. When you enter the hotel lobby from there onwards, it smells of a strong perfume, which anyone with allergies for strong smells will start feeling sick. I could not stay in the hotel and total them. I am feeling sick with the smells they still tried to convince me to stay back by showing me different rooms. Finally, they showed me one without any perfume smell, n I decided to stay back. I left for my work, and in the evening, when I was back in the room, it was smelling very musty, and I then understood the perfume was to cover up the bad smell in the entire hotel. I left the hotel right away at night and then had to go hotel hunting with my child. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it's just a fleece. How can one live in such musty and strong perfumed rooms, like living in a perfume bottle. At night, it smells of cigarettes outside the casino on the lobby level. I asked them for a refund of 17,000 for 2 days, but they refused and said only they would refund one day. The staff was very nice, but when you can't live in such a horrible atmosphere, what's the use of good staff. Do not make the mistake of booking here ever. The hotel is badly in need of a revamp. There are so many better and cheaper hotels in the North. Double Tree by Hilton Arpora. Novotel and Ginger panjim. To mention a few of them. I can't understand how can the owners live in peace, cheating people of their hard earned money. I was so disappointed as I had booked this hotel to be close to the old goa church as I came for the exposition.

We booked on a booking site where the guest house was described as ‘Easy Hostels’. There was no reference at all to Easy Hostels at the site so I’m not sure what that’s about. We’d booked a garden view room with balcony and 3 beds. We arrived early from a flight and the teenage employee looked and acted like we’d just woken him. Not surprisingly the room wasn’t ready so we were told to return at 11am which was fine. The young *** was sweating and looked sick and from an adjacent room we could hear loud coughing and sneezing. It felt like we were checking into a covid ward! We returned at 11.30 and were shown to a ground floor room facing the side street. I pointed out that we’d booked a ‘de luxe double with balcony’ and the lad shook his head and muttered. He then showed me to a tiny room with 2 small singles which looked like the previous occupants had trashed it. I said the booking mentioned 3 beds and he muttered something about a child’s bed. The only 3rd bed they’d have fit in was one from a doll’s house. We opted for the downstairs room and I asked what the price was. Same price was the reply. So we got no reduction for a room with no balcony. Outside were a couple of chairs where surly teenage employees skulked, smoking and playing on their phones. So all that doesn’t sound great. The good news is that the room itself was fine. Clean, not a bad size with a/c, fan and fridge. In a good location in Panjim old town with lots of bars and restaurants around. Comfy bed and we slept well with ear plugs. 2000INR was 500 too much though. The management need to check their wording on room sites and tell the teenage employees to act as if they care about service a bit more.

This was my 3rd visit to Fortune Miramar in Panjim, Goa and once again I found the hotel to be first class. I received such a warm welcome from the staff whilst checking in and throughout my stay. The hotel has a nice equipped gym which I used daily and a reasonable size swimming pool surrounded with sun lounges for those who want to relax. The rooms were of a good size and very clean coupled with a great laundry service ensured I could have my clothes washed and pressed on a regular basis. A big thanks to the Chefs and the team for keeping a well varied buffet breakfast of superb quality ***** with supplying me with the many cups of coffees. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location making for a comfortable easy walk into Panjim town centre. I will certainly make the Fortune Miramar my first choice for my next visit to Panjim.

Beautifully restored/maintained heritage building next to the river. An old family home the hotel has lovely antiques and quirky touches that will delight the people who want a genuine experience rather than a chain hotel. The staff were super helpful attending to all requests efficiently. The room was clean and well specified with everything working as it should. Each room has different period features and furniture with some overlooking the river. Breakfast buffet was small but delicious with items available to be cooked to order and super friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring the lovely narrow streets of Fontainhas, the only Latin Quarter in India. The period properties range from beautifully maintained/renovated to atmospheric dilapidation. Historic old cafes and bakeries exist alongside hip new places. You shouldn't miss trying Goan Feni or Urrak in Panjims famous historic dive bar Joseph's which has great Western music and a bustling vibe especially in the evenings and weekends with authentic Goan snacks. Good Goan and Indian food abounds in the areas but you are also within easy walking distance are some diverse and quality places that are rare to find easiky. Tataki for Asian food, Route 66 for American diner and burgers, Saavaa for great cocktails in a sophisticated setting, DTR for great river views over the Old Patto Bridge and draft beer ***** with nightly live music, Bombay Coffee House Select for great coffee, smoothies and baked goods, Miski Bar, K-Bar etc etc. You are also not far from the cute parks ***** the river and for those interested - Panjims river cruises and ****** boats are all departing nearby. Don't skip Panjim whilst in Goa - it's a city Gem if you know where to look and this hotel is well placed to explore it all.

Stay was good. Room was ok as far as value for money is concerned. Less toileteries provided as compared to other hotels with similar range are concerned. No wifi password was shared. We never asked though. The bucket tumbler and stool provided in bath was dirty and unclean. It was a basic room. Food at the restaurant attached was good. Not so happy with room. Location of hotel is good calm and quiet place.
