I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company.
One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos.
Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby.
Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Was für einen perfekten Ort für den Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels war sehr gut. Sehr gemütlich Personal von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir fühlen uns sehr willkommen. Die Hotelpersonal waren sehr auf unsere Bedürfnisse achten. Nicht viel Ausstattung, aber der Ort war sehr entspannend. Die Atmosphäre war nicht so gut. Ihr Essen war so nett und lecker. Wir werden bald wieder besuchen.

We had a bit of inconvenience trying to show the booking details again to get the breakfast but the front office personnel was able to resolve it well.
I hope there will be a better way of coordinating with Trip.com and the hotel itself.

PPaulaiHFirst time staying at Swissotel and we were so happy and satisfied. Would like to thank the staffs for putting a simple decoration for my son’s birthday. They even gave a complimentary cake and snacks. We also like the heated pool. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

WWaterBook here for 6 days and really was dissapointed, the buffet menu wasnt change and obviously just leftover from yesterday. The buffet supervisor here is very good in displaying arrogance to guests with special needs like me with advance diabetes and cant consume all at once but instead of helping guest, lectured about policy that i did not sign my conformity. I cancel all my future booking here, really just a few bread and potato leftover in my plate to finish in my room and manage my glucose spike. Actually i got 2 coupons and just came solo but still her rule prevails no goodwill banking. Widus is the best , get a plate of your choices in the buffet and delivers to your room to enjoy meal in privacy. No drama. Dont accept rooms at the back side, the neighbors dogs makes sleep impossible.

The Deluxe rooms are in the old tower. The old tower is still ok though, you can ride their golf cart if you want to go to the new tower and parking (available 24hrs). Breakfast is superb! Very near restaurants, fast food.

GGuenterRein große Zimmer in kurzer Spazierweite bis zur berühmten Walking Street von Angela. Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Gutes sicheres Gefühl, viele serbisches Personal. Highlight ist der große (und auch tiefe) Pool im Garten, der bis 10 Uhr offen blieb. Sicherlich eine Empfehlung!

JjamesDieses Hotel ist ein Wohnhotel im Kondominium-Stil. Der Preis war sauber und ruhig, so war es komfortabel zu bleiben. Es war ein 5-minute Spaziergang von der Walking Street und es gab Massage-Kaffeeshops und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich denke, es ist ein sehr geeignetes Hotel für Buddha's Aufenthalt. Und es war schön, einfache Mahlzeiten zu kochen.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist das beste, das ich bisher in den Philippinen hatte! Es ist egal, ob Sie Pinoy oder internationale Gerichte gewählt haben. Wir werden zurück sein!

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers.
PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you po! 🤍
