Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North Bewertungen

We enjoyed our one night stay. It was easy to locate the hotel. The front desk manager was courteous and friendly and helpful. The hotel room was cozy, clean and spacious. We had a nice view of Palmy from the hotel room. There was an AC, a mini fridge, hot water, kettle, coffee, black tea, flavoured tea, milk and sugar available in the room. Unfortunately, you have to bring your own bottle of water, toothbrush & toothpaste. No hairdryer. Very comfortable bed & mattress. There's also a gymnastic and laundry facility available. Parking facility was available for the hotel's customers. Pak n Save was just across the street. There was also Burger King, Thai restaurants, a pub and some other eating spot nearby. There was breakfast and dinner available upon purchase at the hotel. Part of the hotel is under renovation. We reached there in the late afternoon and left around 10 a.m so most probably, this could be the reason we didn't hear any noise. We really wish we could stay more than a night and get the chance to explore Palmy a bit more.

It was well worth the money paid for a one night stop over as we heading to the Martinborough fair

Location was central close to everything (with in walking distance). Reception was extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice room with a great outlook. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very convenient location.

Overall still not bad for the environment for this hotel.

Very comfortable stay

I found the location great , being close to shops , restaurants , supermarkets ,ETC. The reception staff were fantastic, very welcoming and informative regarding hotel facilities. 24hr reception grest . The room was superb.

NIce place to stay with family

Good location and clean room

The hotel is technically at the town centre, but it feels hidden and sort of at the very fringe. The hotel seems to have little intention to make its existence known as there are no clear signs at the top of its building or any signs placed at other strategic locations. It has quite a lot of parking spaces though. And there is a big Park N Save supermarket and petrol station across the street. The room has no air conditioning. So be aware.

Good that they have 24 hours check-in service.

家庭出遊，很晚到達酒店，酒店整體裝修，環境一般，早上8：00之前有噪音床鋪很窄，下次不會選擇

衞生情況很好，環境優美寧靜。服務熱情友好。
