Upmarket Townhouse - walk to CBD. Park-like surroundings. *spa pool*

Leon the owner seems very nice. The house itself has potential – a three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse that’s a decent size and layout – but unfortunately the upkeep and cleanliness really let it down.When we arrived, there was a noticeable layer of dust over most surfaces, crumbs left on the benches, and the rubbish bins were still full from previous guests. We even found a bottle of milk in the fridge that was almost a month out of date. The spa pool was particularly unpleasant, giving off a smell best described as “human soup,” which made it unusable.Basic maintenance also seems neglected: some stove elements don’t work, cupboard doors are loose, and drawer fronts come off in your hands. Small but important details like having soap provided were also overlooked.Most concerning was the safety of the upstairs area — the gaps in the banister railings are so wide that a small child could easily slip through. We were terrified the whole stay and wouldn’t recommend it for families with young kids. In saying that the art was also not appropriate for kids…Overall, it feels like whoever is supposed to be cleaning and maintaining the property either isn’t doing the job properly or isn’t being checked. It’s not the worst place to stay, but definitely not up to the standard you’d expect – especially for the price. With proper cleaning, safety fixes, and regular maintenance, it could be a much better experience.

Amazing value for money We stayed at this property for 3 nights Leon was great to deal with and good value for money as its quite a big house and great location .Property was clean as Leon said on the listing few bumps and scratches hear and there but didn’t worry us .We will be staying again cheers Leon .

Location Communication was on point with Property manager very lovely and easy to deal with.House was perfect for our short stay and easy to find in a safe neighbourhood
