Vila Damunt

Comfortable attractive suites right next to the cathedral, well soundproofed so quiet. No kitchenette but kettle and coffee-maker. Dobromira on reception (located on first floor, open from 9 to 16:30) was very helpful and housekeeping is very good, suites and building kept very clean. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Recommended for a stay in Palma.

Great position and views. The room lacked the extra touches: No tissues, tea, water, plates and cutlery and an iron. Extra beach towels for day trips to beach and port Soller would be great. Overall 99/100.

We stayed in Vila Damunt for 7 day in June. We can only say the best things about our stay. The room was spotless and location could not be any better. It has a lot of charm and character. Cathedral and square right from your balcony!!! Reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

A group of high school friends planned a trip to Mallorca. I booked an apt in Vila D'Amunt for the night in Palma. Because of a death in the family, I was unable to join my friends, but they RAVED about the apartment. The views of the Gran Catedral, just outside the windows, and of the sea were as dreamy as they look in the photos supplied by the company. My friends sent a video of the apt and it was really lovely. Also, I was very impressed with the team at the other end of the booking emails - when I let them know I wouldn't be coming and to please let my friends carry on with check-in, they were incredibly caring and kind. You don't often find that level of responsiveness in anonymous hotel booking. I mean, they were very professional (which is great but not truly unusual), but their warmth and graciousness left me with such a good impression. I really hope I get to see the apt for myself someday!

Amazing , comfortable place in the Heart of Palma. It is spacious , clean, beautiful view and everything very close : from restaurant to beach. Bed is comfortable , coffee machine …. I had everything I could asked for. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating . The only thing I would suggest to put jacuzzi on their beautiful terrace

Absolutely everything about Vila Damunt has been pleasant. Our suite overlooked the most visited sight (Cathedral), and we were never bothered by the sound due to the thick walls and high floors (Attached photo taken from living room window)! The interiors of the suites are carefully designed, the space and comfort is impossible to beat in Palma. We’ve been to Palma 5 times and stayed in different places, Vila Damunt has absolutely been our favorite. And our favorite feature was the AC and how GREAT it was in comparison to other 5* stays in Palma. Check in and Check out were very convenient and can be done completely online. Such wonderful staff too! We were also complimented with daily vouchers for a light breakfast at Cappuccino. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back!
