It was such an comfortable experience! From the moment i entered, they made us feel so safe. Jon pierre was so helpful and really nice to talk. Veronica helped us to plan our whole trip with amazing recommandations! Rooms, toilets, bathrooma and cokmon areas everywhere was so clean. Thank you for everything!

Very much enjoyed our time here! Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Guille! She was always making sure we were looked after and any issues we had we sorted. Would recommend to those who are wanting to travel to Mallorca and surrounding areas.

Best Service, safe , privecy, friendly like a family , great location , near to the sea , near the Center of Palma، Good Advices givers about the best places and best Plans, i spent 10 days there , and i can imagine, staying longer there . Highly recommended for anyone one , who wants to travel alone

I had a really great experience here as a solo female traveller. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe on the whole. Perfect location as a bus stop that goes both into the city and to lots of beautiful beaches is directly outside. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

What an experience this place have given me.....Victor (hostel manager) went above an beyond to make my stay very good.......he's definitely one of the best managers (hosts) that I've had the pleasure of meeting Alejandro....the hotel deck hand on the floor....works very hard to keep the place sanitised and tidy.....nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I'll definitely be returning back to this hostle just for the positive atmosphere they both bring...... Definitely a place for everyone to visit A very strong 9/10 for places to visit.... 🙌

Estuvimos solo una noche en Y Hostel Palma de Mallorca porque nuestro vuelo llegó tarde y teníamos otro hotel reservado desde el día siguiente. Al llegar, la recepcionista que nos atendió por la noche la chica fue muy amable, lo cual agradecimos después de un día largo de viaje. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia por la mañana fue totalmente diferente. Un chico argentino (no sabemos si era recepcionista o personal del hostal, ya que ni se presentó) comenzó a gritar de manera muy agresiva, exigiendo que dejáramos el lugar de inmediato porque llegaban otros clientes. Su actitud fue completamente inapropiada y nos sentimos prácticamente echados, como si quisiera sacarnos a patadas. Aunque el lugar cumple para una estancia breve, no podemos recomendarlo debido a este comportamiento. La amabilidad del personal es fundamental, y esta experiencia dejó un sabor muy amargo. Solo le doy 1 estrella por el trato recibido de chico argentino por la mañana.

Super accueil par Guille et Jean Pierre! Les parties communes sont propres et les lits sont confortables! Le personnel est très sympa et à l’écoute. Les dortoirs sont propres et ils fournissent des serviettes de bains c’est super. Merci pour tout !

El peor albergue en el que me he alojado. Una experiencia orrible. Si quieres unas vacaciones lindas no vayas a ese hostal. Primera vez que veo tantas cosas raras en un hostal. No solo hay turistas. También vive gente fija allí. Hasta gente toma mucho alcohol y se comportan de una manera desagradable.

Excelente. Linda y Javi unos genios. Hacen que tu estadía sea un 10/10. Es un excelente lugar para albergarse en palma ya que su ubicación es excepcional y el hostel es impecable. La limpieza, comodidad, trato del personal y ubicación hacen una gran pasada por palma.
