The Monkey Tree is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with the loudest noise coming from the laughs and screams of the kids next door at the day care center during the day.
The concept of a 'no staff' property is new to me and I was skeptical, but the arrival process was smooth and any issues or questions we had were mostly handled quickly via text message. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The main pool was wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone.
