Wir haben hier nur 4 Nächte geblieben (oberste Dreibettzimmer) und das Ac funktionierte großartig! Es wurde individuell kontrolliert und das Zimmer sehr kalt schlafen. Wir konnten etwas Eis aus der Bar zu bringen ins Zimmer, obwohl beachten, dass die Bar noch nicht offen ist (nur Wasser oder Eis). Das Frühstück ist 7-9:45 & sie SCHLÜSSEN die Tür um 9:45, Kaffee ist in der Maschine, so es scheint möglich, dass Sie einen Tasse in Ihr Zimmer bringen können. 2 Dinge zu wissen: nur **1 Schlüssel pro Zimmer**So können Sie Ihren Partner nicht verlassen. Wenn ich das wusste, hätte ich vielleicht noch ein anderes Hotel suchen können. Auch, es gibt kein Eisen im Gebäude. Große und sichere Lage! Ton um! Coop-Bus ~2 Blocks & die AP-Busticket-Boot(Stop ist nur 2 weitere Blocks) Tipp für frühe Überseeanreisen: Wenn Sie sehr früh vor dem Einchecken ankommen, gibt es 3 Sofas im Rücken des Hotels, über die Hauptlobby & Bar, Direkt zum Frühstücksraum; wenn es um 9:45 Uhr schließt, schließen sie die Lichter aus und es gibt keinen Fußverkehr. Ich konnte sehen, warten/fallen hier schlafen lol nach einem Übernachtflug während warten auf “Check-in”

Close to the city center and main shopping area. Car not needed and parking in the area of the city a challenge. Room was spacious and tidy but needed updating. The refrigerator only functions when you're in the room making it a challenge to keep anything cold. Comfortable shower but the door barely worked as some plastic hardware was brittle and broke. Friendly staff was helpful when approached but did not go out of their way to anticipate problems. Breakfast was extensive and the bar (coffee) staff very friendly and professional. Note that we booked two rooms in anticipation of a working family member but had to cancel one after she got COVID. The hotel refused to provide a refund for the cancelled room AND we paid additional for an extended stay in the remaining room as we waited for a negative test while she quarantined in another location. Additionally, while the staff (mostly) observed COVID protocol, most of the guests did not.

First of all, I’m a student and I come from Belgium with my school to end our childhood. I also think that is useful to say that we are 17 to 19 years old and globally not very tall. I’m currently in the hotel and I can say that the night was difficult cause beds are uncomfortable and the bedroom is small for four people… The bathroom is old but I have hot water ! Maybe it’s the only good point I can give us. About food I don’t know where begging. The first night we had pork and potatoes … Where is my Sicilian food ?! And for the breakfast we didn’t have as food as necessary to feed all the students. We asked for more food and after receiving industrial bread they disappeared… To conclude my experience I’m still waiting the hotel who looks like the pictures on this app… Nothing is real ! The view is also not like they say.

I had a tough time giving InCanto an average rating, because it was definitely not average. The good qualities were really great, but the bad qualities were really bad. First the good - The room was large & comfortable, located right in the middle of everything, a few steps away from the famous Four Corners. I loved the breakfast every day delivered right to our room. Lots of great places to eat and drink, and sights to see, just a short walk in every direction. Now the bad - InCanto is difficult to find, since the main entrance, the one with a sign, is inside a private building up on the 2nd floor (or 3rd floor for Americans.) There is no signage on the main streets, and only a tiny sign once you find the otherwise generic door located down an alley. I asked many locals for directions when I was only 1 -2 blocks away, and nobody had ever heard of it. The Four Corners is very close, and very LOUD. Live music starts early in the morning and continues until late at night. Well after midnight, after the music stops, people walk through the streets shouting & kicking beer bottles. It's never quiet, and you easily hear all the noise from inside the room with all the doors & windows closed. The front desk is only staffed in the morning, so when we could not find the place in the afternoon to check in, nobody was there to answer the phone. There's no elevator and no help, so be prepared to carry all of your own luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. We had a misunderstanding regarding our bill. It worked out fine in the end, but we couldn't just go to the front desk to fix it, we had to do everything online, so something that would have normally taken two minutes wind up taking half a day. Our room had a nice wood floor, but there were tiny nails sticking up through the floor. We normally don't wear shoes inside, but after having the nails tear our socks and poke the soles of our feet, we had to keep our shoes on. For me, the negatives outweighed the positives, and I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone else.

Das Hotel war an sich sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war auf Englisch sehr einfach und gut. Ich kann das Quattro Canti Hotel jedem Paar empfehlen 👍🏻Die Preise sind durchschnittlich bis günstig. Gute Abwicklung mit Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel & retour. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nähe. Frühstück kostet 7€ pro Tag/Person. Zimmer sind sauber und jeden Tag frisch. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Safe, Badezimmer, Doppelbett, Smart TV und Free Wifi. Alles in allem eine Reise wert.

Wir haben eine Nacht im September 22 geblieben. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße Palermo in der Nähe des Bus- und Bahnhofs. Es ist ein älteres Hotel und viele der Einrichtungen sind geplant. Der Aufzug ist ein Museenstück. Unser Zimmer war klein und das Badezimmer war sehr krampfig. Die Möbel im Zimmer zeigten viel Schleifen und Tränen. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Dusche war sehr niedriger Druck und die Temperatur war schwer zu kontrollieren. Das Fernseher konnte nicht arbeiten. Keine Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, aber sehr ruhig. Der beste Teil dieses Hotels ist die Dachterrasse mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf Palermo und die Hügel und wir sahen einen fantastischen Thunderstorm in der Dusche mit einigen preiswerten G&T in unseren Händen. Frühstück am Morgen war eine gute Auswahl an Gewürzen mit Saft und Kaffee. Wir waren früh, so dass die heißen Optionen nicht angekommen waren.

Wir waren Mitte Oktober mit einem befreundeten Paar in Palermo unabhängig von der Schönheit der Stadt wollte ich dem Personal des Hotels Astoria Palace Herzlich Danken. Das Hotel war super sauber jeder kleine noch so unwichtige Bitte, wurde sofort erledigt. Dazu hatte meine Frau nach einem allergischen Polenanfall das Glück das Der Rezeptionist perfekt ausgebildet war und sofort Hilfeleistung geleistet hat. Frühstück und Getränke waren mehr als gut für italienische Verhältnisse. Dafür nochmal vielen vielen Dank

Une villa improbable ! Des chambres spacieuses, propres, décorées avec goût et bien équipées. Notre chambre avait un grand balcon privatif. On peut profiter d une autre terrasse commune immense avec chaises et transats...il y a un jardin des coins et des recoins, tout est propre et entretenu. Montez voir la vue panoramique, pièce garnie de livres et de jumelles. Le petit-déjeuner est royalissime, dehors ou dedans selon le temps. Salle commune avec cuisine et frigo. Les 2 frères propriétaires donnent conseils pour visiter la région. Plagettes et plages proches. Tout cela à 30 km de Palerme...72,50 € pour 2 ! INCROYABLE + parking facile dans la rue
