Posto accogliente e proprietario super disponibile , a portata di mano e gentilissimo . Consiglio veramente questo B&B ,pulizia ottima e anche il posto in ottima posizione , ci si può spostare benissimo a piedi e sotto si ha tutto , dal supermercato alla farmacia . Ci ritorneremo se c’è ne sarà l’occasione sicuramente .

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere pulite . Ottima posizione della struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La presenza di un balconcino nella stanza è un valore aggiunto. Se dovessi ritornare a Palermo prenoterei di nuovo qui.

B&b in ottima posizione per raggiungere la caserma dell' esercito.... personale estremamente gentile e disponibile alle esigenze di chi non è del posto.L'unica scomodità è, che non tt le camere dispongono del bagno in camera,quindi la scomodità di dover uscire in corridoio,ma tutto molto pulito.Se avrò esigenze di tornare a Palermo certamente contatterò loro.

Recensisco questa struttura come esperienza negativa, affinché altri ospiti non trovino una situazione come la mia. Prenotazione tramite Booking alla struttura BBX Palermo Centro - Corso Calatafimi N.civico 216. Avevo scelto 3 notti, camera tripla, nonostante fossimo due adulti, con bagno privato . Il giorno prima arriva avviso tramite Booking di trovarmi al N.civico 202 (scopro appena arrivata , essere altra struttura di sua proprietà con denominazione BBX Palermo 2) La sistemazione non era delle migliori (allego foto - accessori bagno sporchi - lenzuola rotte - bagno schiuma doccia lasciato per metà da altro ospite ) A fronte mia richiesta sulla motivazione del cambio , il gestore ha fornito risposte NON veritiere! E comunque la sistemazione che mi ha dato NON era quella da me prenotata tramite Booking , dopo aver visionato le relative foto e dotazioni . Ho così lasciato la struttura ancora il giorno dopo, trovando altra idonea e pulita sistemazione. Mi rammarico solo di aver pagato la prenotazione già al mio arrivo! Marisa

Partiamo dal presupposto che il titolare è una persona alla mano, gentile,cortese e disponibile, del b&b veramente molto pulito e quasi al centro di Palermo, le stanze sono molto accoglienti e luminose. Lo consiglio a tutti. Un caloroso saluto a Giuseppe da parte di Antonio Fusco

BB in posizione strategica comodo col centro. Titolare disponibile e simpatico. Stanza pulita. Colazione al bar sottostante. Prezzo ottimo lo consiglko vivamente a chiunque, non sarà il massimo ma le cose scritte sopra per me sono piu che sufficienti.

Posto incantevole arredato con ottimo gusto. Splendido terrazzino, servizi perfetti, pulito. Ringraziamo Giuseppe per l’accoglienza fantastica, la disponibilità, l’assistenza e l’ospitalità fuori dal comune. Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da Porta Nova e dalle principali strade del centro. Imperdibile

Accoglienza cordiale e calorosa, camera con bagno spaziosa e pulita, aria condizionata, wifi e Smart tv, colazione al bar di sotto servita al tavolo con gentilezza. Quando ho chiesto un cuscino diverso e il ferro da stiro sono stata prontamente accontentata, pulizia quotidiana del bagno, personale sempre pronto ad aiutare. Il quartiere non è elegante ma autentico, poco distante dal centro. Mi sono trovata bene e lo consiglio
