The reviews are true - great location. Quiet despite being in the very center of it all. Comfortable rooms, nice beds, good breakfast, helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the AC not working properly - but they got it fixed. Yes - it is up a flight of stairs...be prepared. But the location and ambience and value make up for that!

We loved our stay in this stylish boutique B&B, evident from the moment you step into the foyer, through to your room (we had standard double). Great location, vibe and super clean. The solid windows meant we didn't hear a thing when inside our room which was an added bonus given it is located in the main street. The staff honestly were exceptional. We also needed to attend to some personal matters back home and the staff were available to assist us and went out of their way to do so. They were contactable no matter what time it was. Amazing service and support. If I return to Palermo we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Wonderful boutique hotel. Located right in the middle of the city, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions. The rooms are a little small and without wardrobes or shelves in the bathroom, but we’re clean and with air-con. I recommend if you are coming by car to stop at any tobacconist and purchase a ZTL pass for €5 a day. Unfortunately, we experienced problems with parking our car. We hired a medium size from the airport, when we had to leave we were told that our car was a large car (which didn’t make sense it still took one space) and had to pay extra. Overall it a nice place to stay for two or three days.

This delightful small hotel was all I hoped it would be, very comfortable bed and pillows, extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful too. Very pleasant breakfast in lovely surroundings. In a prime position with plenty of eateries on the doorstep. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel is at the 2nd floor off a vibrant street packed with students and others, filling the sidewalks' restaurants and bars. Rooms may seem small, but they are really a designer's wonder, and feel spacious. The manager is welcoming and generous, and breakfast is really nice. A real surprise!

To start with I’d like to thank Silvia the very helpful receptionist. She had lots of information regarding where to eat and places to see. Also a big thank you to Raffaella who kept the rooms immaculate. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. The shower in en-suite was fantastic. Very modern and well equipped. Palermo itself is a fantastic city. Not a McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks in sight. Just great bars and restaurants all authentic. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, perfect hosts in a perfect location.
