Fervore Luxury Rooms

After careful research we selected Fervore Luxury rooms for the first 4 nights of our stay in Palermo. From the time we booked, Janna was communicative and extremely helpful in providing us with information and arranging for transfer from the airport. She met us at the property, her husband carried our bags up the 2 flights of stairs and she greeted us with Prosecco, coffee and snacks and extensive information about Palermo including restaurant recommendations. Our room was spacious and immaculate, breakfast was made to order including delicious pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. We felt like we were staying in a private home with full privacy in our room. Janna, her husband and father, made us feel so welcome, went above and beyond to help us navigate transportation, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our first 4 nights so much that we booked our last 2 nights at Fervore. The location is excellent, in the historic district and walking distance to everything. The restaurants Janna recommended were the best of our trip to Sicily. We were 2 adult female friends sharing the room. I highly recommend this property for the hospitality, location, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. Can't wait to return!

what a find, warmly greeted by Janna and her father with cakes and coffee to welcome us. Lovely big airy bedrooms and bathrooms, all scrupulously clean. Comfortable beds. A choice of what we would like to eat at breakfast (an enormous choice which we were asked to choose from the night before). We could leave our luggage there during the next day as we were taking the ferry to Napoli. Thank you Janna,Michele and Ivan. A really good tip for where to eat for dinner - Sikulo. We will be back for sure next time we are in Palermo.

Soggiorno molto piacevole.I proprietari gentilissimi, molto cortesi e disponibili per ogni tipo di informazioni ed esigenze chieste. Camera molto bella, e pulita,posizione comodissima al centro di Palermo. Ottima anche la colazione. Consigliatissimo!

Una location incantevole. La cortesia e la professionalità di Janna, Michele e l’ottimo Ivan che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo, sono davvero superlativi. La qualità dei servizi, la cura dei particolari e’ davvero ottima. Noi ci torneremo senz’altro e consigliamo a tutti di provare questa meravigliosa esperienza.
