Sway Hotels

We stayed for 5 days with our 5-year-old daughter on February 27. First of all, we chose this hotel based on recommendations. We went skiing in Sarıkamış Uludağ, but this was our first time in Erzurum. The airport is very close to the city, the hotel is at the bottom of the mountain, has its own lift and ski slopes. You can ski until 8 o'clock. There is a kids club for children, you can leave them there while skating. We chose the hotel for this reason, and it also has a ski school for children. The food is very delicious, there is a lot of variety and there are options for everyone. The pitas and meat are incredibly delicious. The first day I went, I fell while skating and spent the whole day at the hotel because I tore my cruciate ligament. That's why I used the hotel facilities very well. A very good option for those who do not ski. The lobby is very big, the after cafe in front of it is very colorful. You can sit there, drink your tea, coffee and wine, listen to music from DJs and watch the skaters. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager Ömer Bey, the cafe manager Erdinç Bey and the restaurant chef Fazıl Usta. They took care of me 24/7. I rested very well and enjoyed it very much. Live music and bar in the evening was very good. My wife and daughter also skied. If you ski well, I recommend going directly to Ejder, the other tracks are not so good. If I go to Erzurum again, I will stay at Sway Hotel. Şenyurt restaurant is the most delicious place to eat Cağ kebab, we ate there, it's a little shabby but nice, on Congress Street. But hotel food is amazing, there is no need. The desserts are legendary, I didn't ski and I just ate, drank and went to bed. :)) Thank you to the entire hotel team.

Sway, Erzurum otel “bugüne kadar neden gitmemişim!” diye pişmanlık yaşadığım bir otel oldu..Gerek personelin güler yüzü, gerek yemeklerin ileri düzeydeki lezzeti, gerekse kayak pistine ulaşımdaki kolaylık (Lobiden 50 metre uzaklıkta ☺️) tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi..Bu muhteşemliğin mimarı, başta otelin Genel Müdürü ve Koordinatörü Ömer Akça bey ve yönetici kadrosundaki diğer çalışanların katkısı tartışılmaz..Özellikle restaurant bölümündeki çalışanlardan Vahap ve Velid beye kocaman alkış.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What can I say, no review will do this place justice. It is absolutely amazing. We came for New Years 2023 weekend!!! Food AMAZING! Service AMAZING! Staff EXTRAORDINARY AND AMAZING! Organisation is spectacular, entertainment was amazing! Night life amazing! High class and just spectacular. Rooms clean, warm, comfortable and bathrooms gorgeous and spacious. We booked to come again in a month and again we will book again. Highly recommended!! Also I couldn't ski and the instructors were so amazing, I learnt in half an hour. Ski equipment rent available and amazingggg quality and very informative staff. Hotel is child and family friendly! Apres ski bar is great and cocktails and drinks justtt perfect. Perfect Hotel!! Thank you for the best experience.

Cidden kışlık oteller arasında zirve diyebileceğim tek otel personel olsun sorumlular olsun herkes çok ilgili otele mart ayında gitmek azıcık da olsa tedirgin etmişti bizi sezon sonları diye rahat edemeyiz belki diye düşündük ama restoran da miraç beye çok teşekkür ederiz gerek çocuğum olsun gerek biz olalım her türlü konuda bize yardımcı oldu çok ilgili olmasından ötürü ilk defa bir tatilde ilgiye doyduk diyebiliriz tatili güzelleştiren her zaman personeldir ve bu Sway in personel kavramı en üst seviyede diyebiliriz . Tekrardan Ömer beye ve miraç beye teşekkür ediyoruz artık tek adresimiz Sway. Kötü yanı diyebileceğim hiçbi tarafı yok sadece çocuklar diyebiliriz ama onda yapacak hiçbişeyimiz yok maalesef

Bence en iyi kayak oteli. Havalimanından karşılayarak otele ücretsiz servis sağlıyorlar. Varış saatimiz 11:00 am olmasına rağmen odalarımız hazırdı ve hızlıca odamıza yerleşerek erkenden piste inme şansımız oldu. Otel personeli resepsiyondan başlayarak , housekeeping, yemek alanı personeli inanılmaz güleryüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Yemek servis alanında çalışan Burcu Hanım ve Eymen Beye özellikle teşekkürler. Pistler ücretsiz ve bence uludağ ve kartalkayadan çok daha başarılı. Spasıda epeyce büyük ve keyifli. Tüm otel çalışanlarına ve vizyoner yönetime teşekkürler.

Ekip mükemmel... olcayto ve hakan kardeşimin özellikle ilgilerine hayran kaldık... yemekler çok lezzetli kalitenin adresi... dediğim gibi eşim ve benim için en önemli unsur ekibin candan olması ilgili olması , herşey için teşekkürler
