Araiya Palampur

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

Lovely property O have ever been, the hospitality and services, no doubt we will plan again to visit again.... we did direct reservation through hotel from Mr. Vishal and he is very helpful and guided well. I would thanks to Chef the food is very delicious and finger licking.

We had an immersive and very fulfilling experience at Araiya Norwood Palampur. And why not it was our 3 rd stay at Araiya and by god grace many more to come. Head chef ARUN was exceptional as usual as well as other chefs. Mr. Pankaj was also very professional and mighty helpful in our stay. All other staff was excellent.

I highly recommend this resort, One of my most favourites resort in Himachal. My first and last interaction was with the representative Nitika Samkaria . I called to book a suite and she was very well spoken over the call. After entering the property me and my family were welcomed warmly and she was there to arrange all that. I appreciated her to be timely. Responding promptly shows that my value to the resort and she kept it as she promised over the call. All the staff including Kitchen, room service, housekeeping , everyone played good role for my one day stay here. I am really thankful to Miss Nitika again, she arranged that all for my family with my 2 years old son. Great experience, Great people. Kudos for Araiya team.
