1. Sehr gut ausgebildet und ödmjukes Personal.
2. Das Essen war besonders lecker Vegatable Chettinad (wie ich gemahlene Lebensmittel mag). 3. Das Zimmer war sauber und sauber und komfortabel.
4. Alle Menschen sind unglaublich hilfreich und großzügig mit ihrer Zeit und Beratung.
Ich gebe ihnen 10/10
Dank des Hotels Palmshore genossen ich meine Reise nach Kerala 🌴 😊😉😉

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und spotless, mit toller Dekoration und schrägs Bettwäsche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen! Das Personal war aufmerksam und ging aus ihrem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass wir komfortabel waren. Nichts war zu viel Problem

The stay was okay and good food items. However we have requested for hill view room to stay which were not occupied at the time our arrival. They simply given the room which is surrounded by buildings which we didn’t want to be in as we wanted to enjoy the nature view. Those rooms provided to the guests who had come after my arrival. We also mentioned that we are happy to wait until you make the arrangements, however they neglected my request by saying the rooms were full. Also mmt charged heavy charges for this room on this date, as the resort was charging 4k less than this. One more point to highlight was, we have requested for additional blanket in the night, it wasn’t addressed at all. Overall, an average customer service and room service. Nothing special to highlight.

The rooms were clean. I had booked 4 rooms in total of which one of the bathroom was not havinfg hot water supply continuously and there were patch works done in the washroom. Remaining all rooms were good. Staffs are friendly. They provided 24hr check out facility. There were no kettle and tea bags in the room. Overall i would rate 8/10

We had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but i felt the property was not up to the mark for a 3 star rated property as shown on the make my trip app. Another thing of concern was the lunch and dinner served. We felt the paneer and chicken we ordered was not fresh. The breakfast interestingly was pretty good as compared to the previous day’s food.

GGastnutzer(1) highly over priced at 6k. Similar rooms in other properties elsewhere are priced between 3-4k only. (2) due to shortage of staff, breakfast ready only around 9:00 am according to reception (3) no lift to upper floors (4) reception seems to have no contact with taxis. I had to walk 300m to auto stand to find transportation (5) hot water available very late - need to turn lever to the right to get hot water (6) very limited channels available on cable (7) no english newspaper available (1) telephone intercom loose contact, on second day, i had to bend on knees below furniture to push the plug back. No action despite informing reception.
