"The place and location is very good, located near Ullen Sentalu Museum which is great museum and surroundings with other tourist spots. The contour of this place is great, the beautiful chapel, the wide field with 'borobudur like' stage, the restaurant (joglo style), the pool, the glamping where we can set the bonfire to get warm and excited experience for kids, many options for the room styles, easy for car parking, the fog and mist, are all of the pro's you can get from this place. Ofcourse there are also some room for improvement which i had directly notes to the hotel. But overall the place is good, especially for family vacation."

"Hotel bintang 4 yang dekat dengan tempat wisata Tlogo putri Sebetulnya hotel ini bagus memiliki kamar yang cukup luas di tipe deluxe dan ada balcony juga , pelayanan disini juga ramah sangat di sayangkan kebersihan nya sangat buruk sekali. Waktu masuk ke kamar melihat linen yang kotor dan sepertinya tidak diganti terlihat noda dan ada rambut di kasur padahal belum sama sekali kami pakai untuk kasurnya . Lantai nya sepertinya tidak bersihkan dengan baik banyak sekali rambut yang tertinggal di kamar , di tembok yang sudah usang banyak spot2 , di dinding banyak sarang laba laba,debu yang masih menempel , gelas dikamar yang menurut saya kotor waktu di ganti tetap saja kotor petugas hanya bilang semua seperti itu karena gelas sudah lama. Parah sekali sih ini perihal kebersihan. Padahal hotel ini kalau di jaga dengan baik bagus loh Tim housekeeping dan manajemen hotel harus segera membenahi perihal ini . Dengan harga yang lumayan tetapi yang di dapatkan sangatlah kurang. Menurut saya sarapan juga biasa saja tidak ada yang spesial"

"Incredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation."
