"The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)"

"Pertama kali mencoba menginap di Herloom BSD dengan konsep Apartel, fasilitas kamar lengkap, dengan kitchen set, mesin cuci. kami mengambil type kamar Two Bedroom Executive, namun dikarenakan saat itu hanya tersedia smoking room dan kami menginap dengan anak2, petugas receptionis yg bertugas saat itu berbaik hati memberikan upgrade kamar menjadi suite two bedroom. Kamar bersih, amenities lengkap, over all semua OK. Kolam renang luas kedalaman aman untuk anak2. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan."
