I stayed at Mrs. Banks for two nights on a business trip and I have to say that it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed for a very long time and I am a member of several hotel rewards clubs. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the staff could not have been more helpful. I was meeting a friend for dinner on the second night and asked for assistance from the front desk staff on the Sunday night to give me some recommendations for restaurants in the Sydney CBD. I returned from a walk and not only was I presented with list of ten recommendations, the staff member had them waiting in a web browser to show me. The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and forego my hotel club rewards. 10/10 would recommend.

This cute little gem of a hotel in Paddington is close to the SCG and Alliance Stadium. The staff are super friendly, there are only about 30 rooms and ours was spotless. Little extras like help yourself coffee and snacks. Lots of great eateries and shops nearby in this lovely area of Sydney. I thoroughly recommend.

My partner and me were in Sydney over the course of 3 separate weekends. Each if those weekends we stayed at Mrs Banks. The front of house staff were truly amazing, Dylan Porter is a brilliant Manager and was supported by the charming a super helpful Said. The rooms were well appointed and wonderful comfortable beds and crisp hight thread count cotton sheets Mrs Banks is located on Oxford Street, Paddington - a lovely, neighbourhood, well populated with 'boutique' shopping, an array of independent restaurants and bars and excellent public transport links to the CBD and Harbour

Excellent and a private personal hotel. Stylish. Superb welcome. Great location for pubs and restaurants. Almost home from home. Nespresso in room amd in reception. Deal breaker for me. Lovely cafe Paddington Grind 1 minute away for alfresco brekkie.

Do yourself a favour and stay at this beautiful hotel , perfectly situated in the heart of Paddington . We only stayed one night this time but we will certainly return again . The service from entering the hotel until the moment we left was so personable and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay . See you again soon

What a lovely hotel, modern, clean, friendly and very unique. We stayed here over new year and we were not disappointed. Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Nicely positioned in trendy Paddington with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. About 30 minutes walk to central Sydney.

Room as clean and comfy and great location. The room was warm and the beds were very comfy. Nice big bathroom. Very quiet. Front desk was staffed until late. We chose the location as it was so close to Paddington Market so we were very pleased to find how good it was.
