I booked a double-bed AC room at your hotel, J K Residency, from 14th to 16th August, Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The bathroom lacked basic amenities—the washbasin was extremely small, there was no hanger for clothes, and no stool was provided for sitting while bathing. Although I paid an additional 500 rupees for a third bed and 250 rupees for a cot, I was only provided with a mattress and not the cot. Additionally, a single thin towel was provided for three people, and they couldn't even provide an extra sheet for covering. The room was small and overpriced for the quality offered. Moreover, there was no nearby restaurant available for breakfast or other meals. We checked in on 14th August at 1 PM. We checked out on the morning of the 16th at 10 AM, but the reception was closed. Later at 12 PM, the hotel owner called, demanding an additional 2000 rupees, claiming that they canceled future bookings because of us. I tried to explain several times that I had already paid the full amount for my booking, but the lady was not willing to listen. I ask you to please clarify this situation with her so that I am not further troubled. While I appreciated that the hotel is managed by women, which is a positive aspect, there is a lack of proper management skills. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others, nor would I stay here again as experiences like mine will hurt . I will have to reconsider booking hotels in the future.
