An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence. * Remember to turn off the stove after using it. * Parking should be in front of our house, not neighbors' houses. Parking should not block the street. Garage is used as a laundry room and storage room, no parking inside. * Fireplace is not allowed to use. * For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras are in use 24/7. * Similar to the majority of houses in this area, our house does not have air conditioning. But we provide electric fans. * We provide plastic slippers and disposable slippers, please change your shoes to slippers when you enter the house. * Keep the environment clean, throw the trash, containers and paper (please squash) into the corresponding trash cans in front of the driveway for sorting. Keep the lids of the trash cans completely. * Guests should not take any items from the house. * Check out by 11:00 am.
