I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was denied entry while trying to visit a friend who is a registered guest, and no clear reason was given. I was treated rudely and unfairly by the staff at the entrance, and the situation was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. As someone who values respect and basic hospitality, I found the behaviour shocking and unacceptable. A hotel should treat all guests and their visitors with dignity. If there is a policy in place, it should be clearly communicated and applied consistently, not selectively or with bias. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair treatment, proper communication, or even the most basic level of customer service. Extremely disappointing.
