"We stayed at the Oxnard (collections) location. I needed this stay for my family as we had our home fumigated. I have stayed at several Marriot locations for work, I’m an ambassador. When I tell you this home town hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed at. Well designed, spacious, food was good & the staff… really high praises. CJ was awesome! Great energy every day! He was efficient & thoughtful. He saw that it was 5 of us at check in & knew the room only had 3-4 towels so he had extras sent up. CJ was on it and explained the process on the room cleaning options, breakfast & answered all of our questions. He was very detailed and thorough! He provided us a welcome bag & a hand written card, which made my kids feel sooooo important lol! All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. As mentioned it’s the best I’ve ever stayed at & we will definitely stay again!"
