All Seasons Guest House

What follows are facts only of our stay at All Seasons Guest House. When we arrived we were unable to enter the guest house until the host arrived to let us in. (There is no reception desk at the accommodation).The host eventually arrived in her car and was a very pleasant lady who showed us to our room. Our room was basic but clean although the room smelt of damp. Only two sachets of coffee were provided but a few more bags of different types of tea. There was no way of requesting more coffee as there was no reception area and the host didn't seem to be on site. No milk was provided. Our booking stated that breakfast was included. I read the room's information folder and it said that the breakfast room was on the ground floor. In the morning we tried to find this room. On the ground floor there were just two bedrooms (as they were unlocked we were able to check) and a door marked private. I tried knocking at this door and as I received no reply, I opened it. There was a sort of lobby area and two doors off this. I heard a baby crying and knocked on one of the door and was met by a lady who said she just rented a room there. The other room was a kitchen that this lady used. I apologised for having disturbed her. Eventually we left the guest house without breakfast or seeing the host.
