I can not say enough about how good this hotel is!!!!!!! We have stayed here often over the last few years for several different occasions. This time it was Bar B Que and Barrel fest. This hotel is always clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming. The staff all have been great to us wither on the phone or in person. Everyone of them have been over the top helpful and nice.. Special thanks to Brenda and Mike that made sure our reservations were taken care of and made sure we got the most out of our Platinum Elite Status . This hotel sits in the perfect location for all the great things going on the riverfront. You can walk to almost anything going on. The civic center is right next door and provides a complete schedule of things to do.. My wife and I stay exclusively in IHG. properties, THIS HOTEL and it's sister property in Paducah are 2 of our favorite places of all we have stayed in.. Ich bleibe ziemlich oft und bin nie unzufrieden. Für den Preis der Zimmer und wenn man bedenkt, dass ich Belohnungen für die Online-Buchung usw. bekomme usw. ... bin ich einfach vorbereitet. Normalerweise habe ich mein eigenes Shampoo, Handtücher und sogar meine eigene Decke. Ich liebe das Personal, ich weiß, dass sie super hart mit dem arbeiten, was ihnen gegeben wird. Ich hatte in einigen Zimmern, in denen ich übernachtet habe, einige Probleme mit der Installation. aber die Wartung arbeitet hart, um Probleme zu beheben. & wenn nicht gelöst, stellen sie sicher, dass sie es ausgleichen (Raum umziehen, um besser unterzukommen). Wie auch immer, ich genieße es, zu bleiben, wann immer ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Vor allem, wenn ich in einer der Suiten übernachten kann. Mein Ziel ist es, in jeder Themensuite mindestens einmal zu übernachten. ️

Einfache Check-in. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Ich mochte wirklich den überdimensionierten Stuhl (oder Liebessitz) im Ecke. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Dusche war großartig! Groß und Spaziergang. Immobilie war gut gepflegt. (Neben einem IHOP. Aber ich schlage anstelle von Dee’s Diner Frühstück vor.)

We traveled with two other couples to attend a seminar at the River Park Center. The room we were given was not acceptable to our taste. The first thing we noticed was a foul odor when we opened the door to our room. Secondly, the room was not clean enough in our opinion. Musky smell that seemed to soak into the sheets and towels. Then when we wanted to watch the television there was no remote anywhere. We called the front desk but the person working did not offer to bring or have someone on the staff to deliver a replacement tv remote. My spouse had to get in the automobile and drive to the front desk go inside and wait for the attendant to search for a remote.

I believe this is a newly built BW which helped for a 5 star rating Check-In and Out was easy:) Nice safe area with large parking area. Quiet night, no noice Nice TV with good station selection. Nice pillows, bed, towels:) Plenty of hot water in shower with good pressure:) Room came off clean Breakfast was your usual BW quality. I am normally thanked for being a BW Diamond Select guest and given bottle water, not here
