The staff were very professional & courteous. The pool area is great. We loved the spacious clean room with new flooring. Great variety in the fitness room. Worth the price & a great continental breakfast. No complaints. Located in a convenient area of Owen Sound.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last year during business visits to Owen Sound. It is well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. For work trips, it provides great price with excellent service and great quality for a 2 star hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and always with a smile . The rooms have the required amenities- fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. There is coffee in the lobby from the early morning till late at night. Location is central, plenty of parking as well as EV charging stations.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the quietness of the room, which was very clean with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the location with lots of free parking and the close proximity to the waterfront trail. The reception staff were friendly. We had dinner one night in their restaurant, Bishop Landing, which overlooks the water. The meal was good as was our waitress. Will go back if we are in the area again.

I stayed at this hotel last week for a business trip and had a very nice stay, staff was super friendly , rooms are nice and clean and they serve great breakfast, rates were much better compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely come back to stay here again when in town.

Bavish und seine Familie waren wunderbar, so willkommen, aufmerksam und sehr hilfreich. Sie behandeln ihre Kunden wie Familie, die Zimmer waren so sauber und sehr schön. Donna ihre Reinigungsmadraussen überprüfte immer jeden Morgen, ob ich sauberes Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Kaffee oder mein Zimmer sauber benötigte. Sie haben einen schönen Rückengarten mit bbqs und Sitz und sogar einen Blick aus waren ich viele Nächte und Morgen zu sehen Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang. So friedlich, können Sie sagen, dass sie immer als Teamarbeit arbeiten und stolz auf das Unternehmen und die Kunden glücklich halten. Ich hatte sogar Familie in der Gegend gekommen und sie liebten es. Ich empfehle die Owen Sound Inn an jede Familie oder Freunde oder Leute auf dem Weg zum Urlaub, wo man an einem schönen und schönen Ort zu bleiben sucht. 5 Sterne in meinen Büchern sicher, Preise sind auch sehr vernünftig. We came up to spend the weekend for my wife's hospital procedure in September and wanted to give special thanks for the hospitality I felt staying here. The place was clean, the front desk was very warm and welcoming and while there was a lot of noise and inappropriate behaviour that weekend, it was due to rowdy guests that I think came for an adult hockey league match as well. I complained to the front desk as we had our kids with us and believed this to a family friendly place and am really happy with how they managed it, even having those rude and inconsiderate guests removed (with the help of police) when they did not respect the rules of the motel. I would highly recommend staying here, I felt safe and respected. Overall, 4.5/5 stay, I will be staying here again!
