Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Oviedo

Súper bien servicio, sobre todo porque tienen recepción 24 horas, lo cual es genial porque algunos vuelos tienen horas curiosas para los check-in. Además, el día que llegue (sobre las 23:30) me prepararon un panini porque no había nada abierto para comer. Está a un paseito andando al centro, y si llevas coche, hay mucho aparcamiento. Repetiría sin duda :)

HOTEL MUY CERCA DEL CENTRO, CAMAS ENORMES Y COMODAS, HABITACIONES DE TAMAÑO CORRECTO, POR PONER UNA PEGA LAS VENTANAS DE LA HABITACION NO SE PODIAN ABRIR POR QUE HAY UNA AVENIDA CON MUCHA CIRCULACION Y ENTIENDO SERIA POR LA POLUCION DE LOS VEHICULOS, DESAYUNO VARIADO, SUFICIENTE Y BUENO, LIMPIEZA, TRANQUILIDAD. The hotel is quite adequate, that is, if you are there for sightseeing. No frills, the basics and it works nicely. But, well, the evening staff at the bar/restaurant (2, 20 somethings--males) have some major educating on restaurant service. The first night our bill was missing the wine on our bill---and as a former manager, I immediately brought this to his attention. He and his coworker thought this to be quite funny---not knowing enough Spanish, I didn't quite know what they were saying to each other, but he re-did the receipt to include them. The second night my husband and brother-in-laws meals were not included on the receipt. Also, at one point we wanted to order more drinks, and our table cleared, and waited and waited and waited, finally from where we were sitting, I stood up only to see the two coworkers fully engrossed in a fashion website on the computer! Got his attention after quite a bit---he brought the drinks but our table (both nights) never got cleared before we left. We were pleasant and smiled through both nights thinking it might make a difference, sadly not. We observed others there and their treatment was also the same. I wouldn't want him and his coworker to lose their jobs, but, some MAJOR training in customer service needs to be done. If it wasn't for the restaurant snafu, We would have given this place a solid 4 stars. But, because of the restaurant service issues ONLY, we will only give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Not the fault of the hotel but there are construction works going on right outside the hotel at the moment. There is an industrial jack-hammer going on constantly the whole time. It is impossible to relax as it starts at 8am until late. Apart from the construction works though, the hotel is located at a huge roundabout/intersection with traffic lanes and cars passing through constantly, beeping horns and a lot of general noise. I am so surprised that I have not read other reviews about the noise but perhaps other guests have stayed at the back of the hotel where it might be quieter. There is no air conditioning and with the excessive noise outside you cannot open a window so it is extremely warm the whole time. The apartment itself is overall relatively clean but very dated, slight musty smell, no kettle in the kitchen, wifi not great. Thankfully we leave today!

Die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist wirklich sehr gut. Ich habe eine Sitzung geplant, mir ein eigenes Schlafzimmer zu geben und für mich die Zahnfäden in dem Zimmer zurückgelassen, als ich den Rückzug fand. Heizung und warme Klimaanlage sind wirklich lobenswert.

Check-in was friendly and helpful - I arrived early and was graciously allowed to check-in well before the normal time. Speaking only for my individual room, it was TINY (and I live in NYC - this was tiny even by NYC standards), yet was so intelligently laid out that it never felt cramped. Bedding was of good quality and quite comfortable. Apart from daily housekeeping, there are absolutely no services (and as far as I could tell, the adjacent cafe area was never open). This extends to what I consider normal maintenance issues: the remove control for the TV in my room was not functioning properly, and there was apparently no one on-site that could fix it, so it remained unfixed for the two days I was there. I found a great rate online, so overall it ended being an excellent value, glitches and all.

Philippe made our stay perfect! He is an excellent communicator in Spanish and has a good understanding of English as well. Philippe went out of his way to help us solve a lost luggage problem. We enjoyed our stay (twice) and we will return to Duerming Longoria Plaza.

Gelegen auf der Straße Monte Gamonal, 4, in Oviedo (Asturien). Direkt zum Bahnhof. Wenn Sie ins Auto gehen, ist die Straße auf Taxis oder Autos beschränkt, die für die Häuser oder das Hotel selbst parken. Es verfügt über Parkplätze, aber es ist bezahlbar, kostet 10€ pro Tag. Die Plätze sind nicht sehr groß und es fehlt Licht, da die Zeiterkrankungen nur wenig dauern, wenn Sie sie klicken. Der Ausgang und der Eingang zum Parkplatz ist an der gleichen Stelle. Sie haben dort das Frühstück, aber ich empfehle es besser draußen, da es mehr Variation und billiger ist. Wir wurden in einem Zimmer im ersten Stock untergebracht (Es gibt Aufzug, um aufzusteigen und abzusteigen, aber auch um Parkplätze zu bekommen). Das Aussehen der Hotelkorridoren erinnerte an ein Gebäude, das zuvor als Wohngebäude angesehen und in Hotelzimmer umgewandelt wurde. In unserem Zimmer war beispielsweise eine Tür, die die beiden Betten verbindete, aber nicht vollständig geöffnet, weil sie mit dem Bett geschlagen wurde. In mehreren Bereichen fehlte die Wartung entweder durch Schrauben auf der Wand, schlecht installierte Schrauben, Lärm, das von den Wänden oder auf den Schrauben selbst hört. Die Behandlung bei der Rezeption war richtig. Preis-Qualitätsverhältnis ist das erschwinglichste, was wir in Oviedo Capital finden.
