"We booked this online, when we arrived the front desk person couldn’t find our reservation nor knew how to deal with bc a room booked via Trip.com. The confirmation number meant nothing to him. It took over 45 minutes to get into our rooms( we had landed late and were travelling with my 93 year old father who needed to get into his room quickly) but checkin was a nightmare. The rooms needed remodeling, the upholstered chairs were broken and filthy. The towels were old, thin and scratchy. Look somewhere else to stay."
