This is the second directly managed accommodation facility by Tabist.
We welcome you to the mansion built by the second generation of shipping magnate Itaya Miyakichi of Itaya Shosen, who once served as a member of the House of Peers and mayor of Otaru.
In addition to a large public bath on the top floor, all rooms are 35 square meters in size and equipped with a bathtub with separate toilet and bath.
It is conveniently located just up the hill from Sakaimachi Street, the main street of Otaru City.

好像沒有打掃服務，我們連住3天，每天回來就看到一包替換的毛巾在門口放着。早餐也比較單一，三天早餐一模一樣……

兩個晚上7900+，價格不便宜了吧，可是該有的服務是一點沒有。酒店在山上，如果你想拉着行李箱步行過去是有難度的，上山的坡度挺抖的，衹能打車。因為最後一天我們要趕飛機起的有點早，想問能不能外帶早餐，因為一般酒店房費含早的趕不上早餐的話，客人問能不能準備點早飯帶走都會提供的，這家説錯過了就錯過了。再説説我享受到的那頓早飯，8：00-10：00的早餐時間，我9點到的，基本已經沒什麼可吃的了，肉腸沒了也不會再補，最後我就吃了的咖喱醬拌飯。問前台有沒有出租車可以代叫也是沒有的，主打一個佛系經營。再説説房間，衞生間淋浴是沒有浴簾的，很當心的洗完澡整個衞生間地面已經濕了，一扇防君子不防小人的大門，房間裏沒有保險箱，貴重物品隨身攜帶吧比較安全。給大家避雷吧，反正我是很不推薦這個酒店，各種不滿意。
