Heruntergekommens Ambiente. Ungepflegte Außenanlagen. Schreckliches Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer alt aber einigermaßen sauber. Highlights sind der Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Ostuni u. Fernblick zur Küste mit Strand. Großer Pool.

Hotel Incanto is quite "unique." I enjoyed it more and more as the week went on. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and went all out to help us with any request. A special shout-out to the young bartender at the pool - Ciro! He was SUPER helpful, SUPER responsive! I would definitely return!

Stanza vecchia e mezza rotta , bagno inutilizzabile, rotto tra l’altro . Ristorante discreto, il balcone era bello ma la porta era rotta e non si chiudeva l’unica cosa che si salva la vista mozzafiato anche se la facciata cade a pezzi in alcuni punti .

L'hotel Incanto è una struttura di oltre 50 anni di età posta in una posizione eccellente con una vista su Ostuni e sul mare incantevole. Purtroppo vista l'età e la mancanza di aggiornamenti che avrebbero dovuto essere effettuati nel tempo, avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione
1 - Ristrutturare i bagni
2 - Mettere a norma impianto elettrico che appare veramente obsoleto
3 - Sostituire la moquette con altro tipo di pavimentazione
Comunque a parte questo, sarebbe ancora in grado di offrire un soggiorno piacevole se non fosse per la quantità di rumori assolutamente insopportabili che abbiamo dovuto sopportare durante la notte.
Eravamo sistemati al 4° piano in una nottata di grande vento e sulla terrazza soprastante si sentiva sbattere di tutto oltre ad un forte sibilo causato dal vento. Praticamente non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio e di conseguenza neanche a riposare un pò.

Ospiti dell ultimo minuto,magari non avessimo trovato posto! Sconsigliatissimo! Alle 5 del mattino mi sveglio avvertendo uno strano prurito in testa e sul corpo....non.potevo immaginare che il letto ospitasse piccolissime formiche pizzichine! Alle rimostranze mi mandano su la responsabile della pulizia della camera che mi dice che non è poi così grave e che praticamente sto esagerando! La colazione a buffet ha l aspetto di cose non proprio freschissime,marmellata di 1 solo tipo,e soprattutto il tavolo devi allestirlo da solo! Personale di sala e reception molto gentili...unica nota positiva

Ho soggiornato in camera tripla per tre giorni con i miei figli adulti. Sono rimasta molto delusa . Ho trovato l'armadio non utilizzabile per il cattivo odore. Nel bagno c'è un formicaio. Le formiche vagano anche in camera con moquet che secondo me non vede l'aspirapolvere da molto. Ho trovato numerose formiche in un pacco di taralli che ho dovuto buttare. Alla partenza ho fatto le mie lamentele alla reception . Mi hanno detto che potevo esporre il problema e avrebbero provveduto. Non capisco come essendo la camera occupata. Anche la colazione non soddisfa le aspettative dei clienti.
