Hotel bem bom. Localização ótima, rua movimentada com bares e restaurantes (um pouco barulhenta, mas não chegou a prejudicar o descanso). Café ótimo. Atendimento muito gentil e correto (alteraram quarto para melhor e mais barato). Recomendo!

Disappointed doesn’t cover it. I’ve stayed before and it’s a good quality hotel. But what to make of a 4 star hotel that accepts your booking at its normal rate without telling you that all the facilities it has that make it a 4 star - little things like the bar, the restaurant, the gym, room service, etc - won’t be working for the duration of your stay? So as my biog says “you get what you pay for”…only here I did not get what I paid for. I got a 2 star hotel experience for a 4 star hotel price. But it’s the dishonesty of the management that sticks in my craw. They knew they were selling me a substandard experience from their norm yet didn’t have the grace to let me know or to adjust the price to reflect what they were actually selling me. My experience aside: the room was good quality and the three members of staff we met in this ghost town hotel were truly excellent and helpful. Can’t praise them more. When I said we were checking out after 1 night of a scheduled 5 night stay they facilitated this and made the process easy. But the honest thing to have done would have been to keep the hotel closed or offer a discount - there were only 13 rooms out of 140 occupied on the night. Maybe their contract with Accor won’t allow them to do either but this experience has been my worst in the many hotels across the world I’ve stayed in this year. And I’m a fan of Mercure hotels too! W

Ich gehe hier, wenn ich auf einer Geschäftsreise gehe. Es ist sehr komfortabel in der Stadt.

Das Hotel ist gut für den Preis. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und viel davon - mit einer Auswahl von Brötchen/Rollen, einem großen kalten kontinentalen Auswahlplatte von Fleisch und Käse oder einigen warmen Lebensmitteln. Mein Lieblings- war die geschroteten Eier - einige der besten, die ich je hatte. Das Schlafzimmer und das Dusche waren sauber und geräumig genug für uns. Das einzige kleine Problem war, dass wir gerne mit dem Fenster offen schlafen und die Zimmer alle gegenüber der Bahnhof, die uns gelegentlich störte. Aber insgesamt ist es sehr wertvoll für Geld, so nah an das Zentrum von Cieszyn und seinen wunderschönen Platz. Sehr sicher, dass er wieder bei Familienbesuch bleiben.
