Ich nahm mein Enkel 9-year-old nach Disney World und randomisiert ein Hotel, das unseren Bedürfnissen und Zeitplan gerecht wurde. Der Preis war vernünftig, also habe ich für 3 Nächte gebucht. Wir kamen dort einen Tag früh, also nahm ich eine Chance und ging zum Vorderbüro. Fragen (Joe) ob sie für unsere extra Nacht Unterkünfte hatten. Er sagte absolut! Er war so nett und hilfsbereit und stellte sicher, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden, sicher, dass wir Futter erhalten und sicher waren, dass wir uns sicher fühlten. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber und komfortabel. Am nächsten Tag trafen wir Howard am Frontdesk. Er war genauso nett und für die nächsten 3 Nächte untergebracht. Er nimmt mit mir und meinem Enkel besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Die Zusatzfrüchte hätten nicht besser gewesen sein können. Und ich meine ein volles Frühstück mit vielen Wahlen. Jeden Abend nach der Rückkehr in unser Zimmer war das Zimmer schön gereinigt worden. Ich war sehr glücklich mit unserem gesamten Aufenthalt. Ich werde in diesem Quality Inn wieder sicher bleiben. Meine Frau und ich feierten hier einen Geburtstag. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr schön. Gut gepflegt. Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Der Mann auf dem Büro hat uns mit einem herzlichen “Da Flugzeug, Da Flugzeug”. Es gibt einen Resort-Hund. Es ist ein St Bernard, das sehr freundlich ist. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten und ein ziemlich aktualisiertes Spielzimmer. Wir haben fünf Tage Disney gemacht, so dass wir dort nicht viel Zeit verbringen. Aber wir haben den Pool und den lazy River verwendet. Die Stadthäuser sind etwas gefeiert, aber gut gepflegt. Die Wände sind dünnen genug, dass wir die Nachbarn weder auf der linken noch auf der rechten Seite nie gehört haben. Die Küche hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, außer für einen Eishersteller oder Teepot. Parkplatz war einfach und bequem. Alles in allem ein angenehmes Aufenthalt und einen Ort, wo ich zurückkehren würde.

I booked this place last minute on *********** after deciding to extend our time by a few days in Orlando. The options were slim pickings but after watching some YouTube reviews and such we decided to do it. My family and I checked in on a Saturday for 2 nights. I called 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in to see if the room was ready as they offer early check in if available. I was informed the room had been ready for quite sometime now and we could head over and get checked in immediately. Upon our arrival everything seemed great. It was clean and nice looking, the lobby was nice as was the gated community feature. After unloading our items we started seeing red flags before even getting to the room. The elevator up to the room was in poor condition. The appearance of the doors to the different units were worn down and beat up looking. Upon entry into room I was not impressed. We scooped out the rooms and bathrooms and immediately started seeing issues. In the main shared bathroom the tub had what I thought was chips in the bottom of it and turned out to be large pieces of dirt. There were also NO towels. In the main bed bedroom the safe would not lock. The issues only got bigger from there. The living room furniture had crusted food smears on it, several low areas on the walls had bright orange maybe Cheeto smears from a small child with maybe Cheeto fingers. The giant mirror hanging in the entry way had hot Cheeto or taki smeared all over it. Absolutely disgusting!!! I am a mom of 3 I get it kids eat they get yucky and touch stuff BUT also as a former housekeeper who has spent years working in a hotel this was unacceptable. In the kitchen the cabinets had really old spills running down them including some gooeyiness running down the front of the dishwasher. I immediately called the front desk and gave them a list of issues with the cleanliness and they apologized and said someone would come fix it all. I advised we were going to the pool area for a few hours and would be back. The nice girl on the phone assured me it would be taken care of. My family changed into swim suits and headed to the pool. Upon arriving at the pool it was nice set up. However the type of people that were mainly there were not the type I would prefer to have my kids around. It was a rather “rough crowd” I am an African American/Hispanic woman and the people that were at that pool were animals. It was very unappealing, however we kept to ourselves found an empty corner in the pool and made the best of it. At the end of our pool time my husband who used to be a life guard years back had to pull a baby out of the water not even 2 yrs old from the pool near where he was standing because the parents just were not watching and she did not come back up after jumping in. Da es sich um eine Zeitteilung/Miete handelt, kann Ihre Erfahrung variieren. Wir haben Glück mit unserem, ich denke, schönen sauberen Ort zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ich traf auch die Besitzer, die schön waren. Die Ausstattung war nicht sehr viel zu bedienen, aber jeder Personal, den wir getroffen haben, war schön.

Gute Lage, sauber und frisch aussehendes Hotel. Allerdings haben wir dieses Hotel auf den Bildern des Pools gewählt. Seien Sie nicht dumm, es gibt zehn Lounges für dieses Hotel von 400 Zimmern. Glück, eins zu bekommen. Mit einer Resortgebühr würde man hoffen, dass sie nur noch ein paar mehr erwerben können. Wahrscheinlich nicht zurück sein.

I booked a 2 night stay and arrived at 11pm ,as soon as I got to my room 638B there was a problem I was given a connecting room. the unit 638A is a 2 bedroom unit, together the units makes a 3 bed room, the guest next door most likely didn’t want a 3 bed room so the resort rented out the 3rd bed room to me( unacceptable ). I booked a studio and was given a 3rd bed room in someone else’s unit ,the lock connecting the rooms was open it was basically 1 door just like the ones in your home it’s like I was in the kids room and my neighbors were in my living room I could hear everything and vise Versa. Security had to come up to lock the connecting door I seen my neighbors when security opened the connecting door so very uncomfortable, I told security I did not feel safe and wanted to move and was told to speak to a manager I went to front desk and asked for a supervisor and (Ryan) stated he was the supervisor I explained the room was horrible and was told why didn’t I say something sooner. No help what so ever did not change my room ,refund me he just put a note in the computer system saying I did not like the room given to me .On top of that maintenance had to come up to fix the balcony door and bathroom door I checked in at 11pm ,room is supposed to be ready at 4pm and they fixing all this stuff now ? Next morning I was told I can use the amenities at the sister property Westgate resort and spa I drove 30 mins and was told I could not use the amenities. When I got back to my resort to tell (Ryan) I was asked if I was given an amenities card I said no when he was the one who told me I can use the sister property’s amenities. My room was freezing I shut my AC off but since I’m actually in a 3rd bed room my neighbors AC is connected to my room I’m receiving the cold air from unit 638A what a horrible stay the room was dirty staff doesn’t care about you once they’ve received your money,and on top of all the maintenance and security coming to my room and me wasting 30 mins driving to a sister property and getting denied, I asked if I could do a late check out and was told (NO) on top of all these problems I’ve had. I will never give any Westgate brand a penny of my money ,my family’s money, my friends ,coworkers ,anyone that’s willing to listen money , stay away these are horrible people that run this place.
