The slider off the dinning opens up to a massive covered deck to enjoy the lake no matter the weather. The modern kitchen has everything needed to cook amazing meals with a double refrigerator to hold all your food. This home has an oversized living room with 2 sectionals, a shuffleboard table, a couch overlooking a wood burning fireplace. Step outside from the living room onto a huge 16x28 deck with picnic tables to bring your meals to the outdoors or just to relax in the sun. A short drive on a dirt road gets you to the Evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles. We have a nice outdoor fire pit, for you to have a bonfire.
