房間比較簡約版，空間限定了發展。電腦桌上的燈晚上很刺眼不柔和位置也設計不合理，而且與床頭開關是一個開關，衹能在進門處開關燈，很不方便 ，一旦關閉房間燈，床頭燈也無法使用，還有就是房間衞生沒有告知前台是不會打掃更換的，價格還是比較合適，就是晚上路邊街頭文化差異炸街太多了，一早一晚不適合睡覺，睡着早晨睡覺最深的是突然街頭就傳來了排氣聲音。總體來説，提升空間還很大

入住時前台小姐Thermi 英文流暢，熱情友善，還給我升級到最高樓層，13樓。房間很大，景觀一流，尤其是看日落。美得讓人感動。 這家酒店一般都是五六百一晚。但是我那天撿了個漏，兩百多。超值。 缺點就是健身房很簡陋，且跑步機似乎有故障。

O atendimento demorou muito para ser chamado porque só tinha uma funcionária. A limpeza é excelente que o quarto, restaurante e espaços coletivos são limpíssimos. A localização é bem longe da Estação Osasco que tem que andar muito. As instalações não são muitos boas porque a pressão de ducha é bem fraca e é difícil controlar a temperatura da água também a iluminação do quarto é bem fraca e a qualidade de imagem da televisão é péssima e estávamos sem energia e não tinha energia reserva para elevadores porque estávamos em 11 andar e tivemos que descer pela escada.

Basic and ‘honest’ hotel for the $. Power was cut off the and entire night and cable simply stopped working one day with no apparent solution in sight.

I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

My only complaint was the fact they did not have any English channels! Sometimes I like to listen to the tv when I getting ready!

Black out. No emergency lights. Stairs dark. Did not inform guests of planned maintenance.

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic, The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures). The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though) Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around. All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.
