Hotel location is excellent near the train and subway stations. Surrounding with lots of shopping malls can easily get the foods and others. And there is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel.

Exceptional location with direct access to metro and department store ! Staff at reception are extremely helpful and polite.

Underground connection to Midosuji line which leads to JR line. However can hear train track noises and seems to have an ambulance/police/fire engine sounds almost every night. Rooms are abit old. Can see mold spots in some corners of the toilets. Room aircon doesnt seem too cold or didnt adjust accordingly. Toilet & in room amenities are sufficient. Would be great if the hotel has coin laundry facilities & connecting rooms.

Room was a good size and clean. Location was perfect, led right to the station, many food options near by in every direction.

Quite convenience location connected with Ten-Noji JR station. This trip I could stay only 1 night, but hopefully wanna more longer period stay at here. Cause all facility is well prepped, but bit old. Thx Miyako city hotel.

Locate nearby JR station and mall, base floor of hotel connect to the JR station also. The staff was friendly.

Large room. Located across the JR station. MIO shopping mall next to the station is adequate to buy some clothes and cosmetics. Lots of restaurants on the 6/7 floors. Not the most touristy place, local people are the majority.

The hotel is convenient next to various train and mtr stations. There are lots of restaurants surrounded it. The service is good and the facilities are maintained in good order.

Convenient with various subway lines and malls within a 10-minute walk. We returned late once and ate at Sushiro on 2nd floor (closes 11pm). The basement floor is connected to Tennoji station, we didn't get wet when it rained. Our room's furnishings may look dated, but all is well maintained / clean, and size is bigger than many newer hotels. We prefer if (1) body lotion is also provided and (2) guest floors can only be accessed by room card.

Location ios Excellent, Just beside the 天王寺 JR Station and the B1 floor directly connected to Metro line. The Hotel also close to MIO, Q'mall, Donki which is good for shopping & meal. Also, there is a 24 hrs 7-11 beside the Hotel, Perfect!

1. The location is very convenient. 2. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. 3. The bed is comfortable. 4. The buffet breakfast spread is good. It has the foods that I wanted. 5. Overall I am happy with this hotel and will consider to stay in this hotel for my future trip to this part of Osaka.
