I enjoyed my stay and especially the onsen. Appreciate the satff's support when they saw that I had lots of luggage and couldn't use the automated machine to keep my luggage. Thank you.

Good service & location, nice ambience, hot spring facilities are well. 

One of the best hotel with onsen in Osaka. - No need key card and key anymore - 24 hours soft drink - large public bath with sauna and cold bath - good quality breakfast

We booked a twins room and we required to pay extra 3000yen when me and my husband check in. the reason was the room was only booked under me, so unexpected :( front desk told me this the rule fo rall over jpn bussiness hotel. At 10 am, service lady keep knock our door, we open the door and told her we need 10 more mins to check out , then we were keep telling 1000 yen for extra 1 hr..... bed was clean but toilet not, many hair on the floor

Nice onsen with multiple baths and sauna. Rooms were enough since I was traveling solo. The luggage store was interesting as it utilizes a code and you can retrieve it yourself. They were strict about checking in at 3pm and no earlier so if you get there early you would need to wait. My biggest complaint was that it was far from metro so if you’re trying to get to a bunch of places do plan on more travel time

I picked this hotel only because of the hot spring/spa in the basement. The whole hotel was nice and tranquil, and the bed was very comfortable. We all slept so well.

Great place to day specially if you are looking for hot Bath!

I like the luggage storage system.It’s very kool. In addition to the impressive natural mineral springs. I will come again.

酒店位置理想，在亞波座9號出口，轉右直行7分鐘便到達，前台服務十分友善，笑容滿面，酒店內外也挺新淨及衛生也好，房間內一般，相信是典型日式酒店間隔，所以也可接受及舒適，温泉及spa在B1，乾淨及有微微音樂播放，也挺放鬆的。 出metro，有大型超市，酒店附近也有7 Eleven 及Lawson, 但附近餐廳便十分一般。

離地鐵站約10 分鐘路程，前台職員懂英文，普通話，不過周圍得 7-11 同幾間麵店，要搭車先可以 shopping 食好野，房竟然冇電話，有事一定要落大堂搵職員，幾個人入住 2 晚得一支水提供，雪櫃雪唔到雪糕同牛奶，整體一般。
