Washing machine and dryer have lots of lint in it. They won't provide room cleaning service during your stay but they do change towels. There is a Lawson right below the hotel which is very convenient for late night snacks and buying of essential stuff. There is a 24 hours restaurant opposite which is very cheap and good (went back multiple times to eat). Good ramen and another udon shop nearby too! Mrt is very near dontombori too! Just 2 stops away from Namba station.

People there were nice and knew how to speak English. Room was clean and quite spacious for the price.

Room is clean, everything is good. I recommend to go to public bathroom. Such a great experience.

The hotel is great and it is in a very good location. There is a subway nearby so it’s easy to get around. However, check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10 am. I asked to check in a bit early and they made me pay extra by the hour for that. I also checked out a bit late and they made me pay extra for that as well, which I’ve never had to do anywhere. I asked to used the spa after check out while waiting for my flight and offered to pay but they turned me down. Other than that, it’s great.

The receptionist is attentive to our needs. We had a great and enjoyable buffer breakfast with lots of varieties. Located close to subway is a bonus.

Good hotel with a konbini (Lawson) at the 1F. Breakfast is not in the building of the hotel, you need to go out and walk 100 metres. Not convenient at all when it is raining.

The hotel room’s size is good enough for a solo traveler. There is a convenience store next to the check in/ out area which is perfect. It is very close to other convenience stores and also the metro station. The staff are friendly are the room is also quite clean

Walkable distance from Higobashi station 肥後橋. Just two stops from Namba station, which is the interconnecting city point and the shopping zone. The hotel is located on the main street , very easy to locate, and a few good restaurants and convenience store on the same street. The room is clean but the light switch, clothes hooks and movable coffee tables are not sufficient. No tea bags and coffee inside the room, possibly they are expecting the travelers to go to the Lawson convenience store which is just next to the check in reception area. There’s a hot bath area floor, just that we have no time to enjoy that after too much sightseeing and shopping in the city. Namba station is hugh with lots of shopping mall, like the airport. If you are leaving for the airport after check out, you must spare more time for the walking distance inside the Namba station.

The hotel is very nice, staff were so nice, Stayed here for 2 nights, location is really close to higobashi train station and is very close to both Osaka station and shinsaibashi, overall recommended!!!!!

170 meters from Higobashi metro station. Our room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children as there are 4 single beds. Clean towels are given daily. We stayed for 3 nights and we are told that there were no room cleaning for the period of our stay. Breakfast included in next door cafe. The menu can be improved as the menu were the same everyday. There is a mini market (Lawson) connecting to the lobby. Self laundry is available in the 2nd floor, JPY 300 for washing, 100 for detergent and another 100 for the drying machine. Last important thing, you can send your luggage by delivery to another city or airport through the receptionist in the lobby. Extremely helpful for those who don't want to carry luggage around

Near the station but took me a while to find it. There are convenience stores beside and across the hotel. Small but compact and clean. Recommended!

New hotel, only issue I have is with storage, it would be good to have space under the bed to place luggage. Apart from that, no major issues with the hotel, clean as you would expect from a new hotel, and having a combini right next to the foyer is always a godsend.
