Es war so nah, dass ich sagen könnte, es war in Universal. Es gab auch ein Fenster, wo man Universal-Tickets in der Lobby kaufen konnte. Es war eine Weihnachtsspezifikation wie ein Bild und es war sehr süß. Ich weiß nicht, ob es für eine begrenzte Zeit ist oder nicht, aber die Gäste bekamen ein Costa-Kaffeegeschenk und einen Halter für ein Universalticket. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und natürlich gibt es Convenience-Stores. Der Parkplatz kann bis zu 24 Stunden für 3.000 Yen geparkt werden, wenn er frei ist. Der Bahnhof ist auch in der Nähe, so dass es bequem ist, zu einem anderen Ort zu gehen. Ich denke, Sie können Universal voll genießen. Die einzige Enttäuschung war, dass es in der Lobby keinen Platz zum Abstellen des Gepäcks gab. Es mag unvermeidlich sein, weil es eng ist, aber... Ansonsten war es sehr gemütlich.

Es war ein Plan mit Frühstück, aber wir haben auch im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Ich wusste nicht, dass ich einen Rabatt auf das Abendessen bekommen könnte, wenn ich meinen Zimmerschlüssel vorzeige, aber als ich mich am nächsten Tag erkundigte, antworteten sie freundlich.

Location perfect for USJ and close to train station. Room size ok for Japan standard. Initially thought that the shower and bathtub was separated but it was not. No water was given so had to boil our own so bring your own bottles! The location had many amenities/food/shops nearby so can also buy from Lawson. Had DIY laundry but was always full of people so had to wait for the machines. Service of staff was good though spoke very little English. Provided luggage transfer service.

3 mins walk to Universal studio, very convenient. Friendly staff, room space is a bit small but normal for Japan's hotels. Free gifts for guests!

Happy about this hotel felt like a kid again with a Sesame Street theme.The buffet breakfast is good too. Had a blast on this trip with my son. The staffs were reliable when we ask for chargers for our phones and when we asked for towels as I didn't find it in our room after coming back tired from a whole day tour. They said they'll deliver it to our room. Upon coming back from our dinner found the paper bag with towels and water bottles at our door. When I came to put the towels in our bathroom, that's the time I notice there was a pair of towels already set at the other side near the sink. Felt bad about complaining that I didn't see the towels earlier, my bad.

Hotel is very close to USJ, within 5 mins walking distance. Small room for 2 adults and one child but we only come back to sleep, it’s not that bad. Hundred of restaurants around the hotel, nice food for reasonable money. Hotel provides self service laundry facilities, handy for us, don’t have to bring a lot of clothes and save space for shopping. Hotel staffs speak limited English, but they are very friendly and patient, communicate with google translate.

Great location just few steps to USJ entrance. Very convenient with nearby restaurants, 7-11 and Lawson. Great view the high floor as requested, very appreciated. Clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask more!

I could see USJ in the room. It’s amazing.

Lovely decor that fits with the universal studio theme, friendly staff, love that there’s a water dispenser at the lobby to refill water bottles, good selection for breakfast although it ends a bit early (~9.30am). Room is a bit small for two people for the price, the angle for the shower head makes it a little bit difficult to keep the floor dry after shower. Other than that, comfortable big bed for two in a hotel that’s in the heart of the universal studio area.

I stayed for three days near USJ, with the first two nights at the Keihan Hotel. I stayed at this hotel last year and had a good experience, so I booked it again this year. However, this time, I was really disappointed. Since I arrived early, I only completed the check-in procedure without receiving the room key. The staff member who handled the check-in had a stern expression—perhaps because she didn’t speak English—so another employee had to step in to translate. Due to my own oversight, I forgot to book breakfast this time, but the staff didn’t confirm it with me during check-in. It wasn’t realized until I returned in the evening. Additionally, I was placed on a floor with a student group, and the noise started as early as 5 a.m., making it impossible to rest peacefully. Since it was only for one night, I didn’t bother requesting a room change, but it was truly unpleasant. Because of this unsatisfactory experience, I don’t think I’ll book this hotel again. I think Keihan is a better choice.

Loved the hotel as it is just a walking distance to USJ. Also the Shushi restaurant next door is really the best in Japan. sushi ro. Amenities and Restaurants are just within a walking distance. Very very convenient for groups or families
