In der Lobby müssen die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs selbst aufgefüllt werden, der unabhängige Aufzug erreicht die Lobby und nimmt dann andere Aufzüge auf, um zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Unten im Hotel gibt es Familienmärkte, in denen Sie täglich Wasser oder Kaffee kaufen können. Serverebene ist in Ordnung. Das Ein- und Auschecken geht schnell. Darüber hinaus ist die Buchung in der frühen Phase der Zollabfertigung super unbesiegbar und günstig. Ich werde darüber nachdenken, bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Osaka wieder hier zu übernachten.

Dies ist der zweite Besuch und ich kann die Lage wirklich empfehlen. Es ist sehr praktisch, nach Umeda, Nara und anderen Orten zu gelangen. Sie können nach Namba und Shinsaibashi laufen, aber die Geschäfte in Shinsaibashi sind alle gegen 8 Uhr geschlossen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Nach zwei Nächten bekam ich blaue Flecken an Waden und Knien. Es gibt keine Wasserflaschen, also muss ich es selbst kaufen Abgesehen von der guten Lage und der Nähe zu Shinsaibashi habe ich keine weiteren Vorteile erwartet!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, they even have a smoking room for smokers. You can also do your laundry at designated area which is very convenient for travellers who stay over for few days. Location is super convenient.

It’s a very good hotel that I lived there for quite several times…you won’t regret with such reasonable pricing

Breakfast was very cute and staff very friendly. Room was super clean and sufficient for me. Location super convenient, 3 min walk to the busiest shopping street. Lots of eateries nearby. Would recommend.

Staff was very helpful when I requested for an early check-in (with some extra fees). Location was not bad but exit 7 will not be very useful if you have luggage with you. Mattress was comfortable. But wished there’s a second pillow as it was too low.

The hotel is near to shinsaibashi station, there’s a 7-11 underneath which is very convenient. Nearby got quite a lot of food choices as well.

Excellent location, close to a railway station, in the middle of a very lively district both during day and night and very close to a shopping area, rooms are small but comfortable, there is a Konbini right outside, the staff is very nice and helpful. Strongly recommended for anyone spending some time in this part of Osaka.

Nice and cozy hotel. Great location. Would definitely come back!

Location is great, hotel has washing machines ( about $9 CAD to wash and dry ), room was small but we made it work.

I don’t know whether the hotel management will read this. I really rarely comment negatively on Japan’s hotel. This is the first time. Some staff are honestly friendly Some are really terrible On 24Jul when I checked out and go to USJ, I told them I would come back 1day later and would like to store the luggage, the two male staff at front desk showed me a bad face , no smile at all , and denied my request as he said he has no more storage space. Which I did ask if I could keep my stuff for 1night. The two male staff even threw my suitcase to a staff room. Really bad, will never go back again.

The location is great. I'd recommend staying here and will book again for my next time in Osaka!
